I have no idea what just happened here today. I called and made an appointment for a plumber to install a sink and a couple other repairs. They get here and they immediately are charging at least 500 over what a normal Plummer would charge to put in a sink and he tells me he doesn’t have time to do the sink. What the heck? I would not choose them.

Stephen couldn’t have been more helpful and polite when it came to our service. He went out of his way to correct our issue and was willing to do whatever he could to ensure our satisfaction.

My plumbing technician Chris Swanson was wonderful. My previous technician had been awesome and I was a little apprehensive about a new guy but the office swore I would love him and I did. Polite and energetic, I liked him right away. And he knew his stuff too. Did the annual inspection and showed me what he found and what he recommended was ready for replacement. I had the utmost confidence in his review. Hope to get him assigned to my sister’s house next. I will definitely ask for him again.

He texted to let us know when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took more than the usual time to explain to us what needed to be done and what are options were. Ryan from iPlumb was very professional. He repaired the TB issues and also installed a new disposal after giving me HP options. Went with 3/4 HP. He also cleaned up/redid drain pipes and made sure everything would flow properly. Above and beyond, imo. Both jobs. Worth the price.
