The team at Capstone Plumbing came through big time. Our on demand water heater stopped working. One call to Erica and Josh, and Steven responded ASAP. Working with Joey thay diagnosed the problem. Because of its age we decided to replace it and that day we had "hot" water again.

Very helpful and friendly! Joey gave me estimates for everything I may want or need with my new home. He was understanding about my budget and came up with different options for an issue with my patio flooding.

We contacted Capstone as our water pipes were hit by a vehicle and our main line along with our sprinkler line were busted and water was going everywhere. We spoke to Joey and he came out and assessed the damage and explained what needed to be fixed. He got us temporary water until the fix could be completed. He notified us when he was on his way and kept us informed through the repair. Joey was extremely friendly and was honest! This went from what could have been an extreme headache to Joey ensuring us that every would be ok! The plumbing looks better than it did prior to it being hit! We had clogged vanity drains, the water draining very slowly and beginning to have a foul odor. On Sunday, I sent an email to Capstone Plumbing, a local Carefree company. Early Monday morning, they responded to my inquiry for repair and within a few hours, Steve Larson was at my house, fixing the drains. He was quick to asses the problem and worked diligently to resolve the issue. He also recommended an option that will further protect the drain and finally, he noticed that my water softener was not working properly, which he checked out. Steve was friendly, worked efficiently and was also very tidy. I will definitely use Capstone again, they perform efficient, effective white glove service! Thank you, Steve!

Steven was very knowledgeable and talented. He installed a new back flow prevention device to prevent my sprinkler system from back-feeding into the main supply. He was able to answer all of my questions and ensured the system was tested and good before he left. I will definitely use Capstone for any future plumbing needs.

Erika at the office listened to my plumbing issues. Promptly sent out Joey to assess the problem. Erika immediately recognized that this was a " priority" issue and scheduled her team to come out and fix it. The men (Bradley and Josh )arrived on time. They replaced the leaking main UNDERGROUND water pipe by cutting off underground water supply that ran under garage floor and ran " bypass " pipes through the attic and into house. Job was done in less than 5 hrs. The men were professional and VERY polite and we no longer have any leak into our garage from underground. At finishing the job, everything was cleaned up and left NO MESS. I would HIGHLY recommend Capstone. Great from start to finish !!!

We needed to replace our water softener and were considering a whole house filter system as well. Capstone gave us suggestions for systems which would suit our household, and we went with Steven's recommendation. The filter and softener work better than expected, quite an upgrade. Joey and team came to install a new water heater and whole house filtration system. From scheduling to install, the entire process was smooth, with great communication and service throughout. I was prepared to spend quite a bit more but Joey proposed some different options that saved me a substantial sum. It's my second time using Capstone and I'll continue to use them going forward. I called 3 plumbing companies at 8am on a Friday for a faucet leak resulting in me having to shut off water for entire house. Capstone Plumbing was the only one to answer immediately, at my home within 2 hours and repaired by noon the same day. I was given options to fix the leak quickly. Steven was upfront in his pricing and expectation of diagnosing and fixing the problem. I had pictures of the repair along with being left with a clean tidy area. Really impressed with this company’s response and solution for my emergency on a Friday during the holidays.

Called Capstone (on Labor Day!) to get a quote on replacing a hot water heater that died. Spoke to Erica who was very helpful and an appointment was set up for the next day, at a time convenient for us. Steven came out and thoroughly explained the options (tank vs. tankless) to my wife. We decided that day and install was scheduled. Steven arrived on time, removed the old tank and installed a tankless system. He was happy to answer ALL of my questions and explain each step of the process. Once installed, he confirmed everything was operating properly and cleaned up so there was no trace of installation. I highly recommend Capstone and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.
