Excellent service! I called and left a message and Justina called back in a timely manner! The appointment was set up easily the next morning! Bryant was wonderful! He came earlier than expected and took care of both of the large issues that we had. He explained everything that was wrong very clearly so we understood what happened and what the fix was for the issues! Will recommend to anyone that needs any plumbing fixes and will have the number saved for any and all future repairs!

Customer service above and beyond. Friendly staff (Justina, I hope I didn’t butcher her name!) who was able to schedule us promptly and following up with reminders of upcoming visits. We had a water softener installed and needed new cartridges in two of our bathrooms. Bobby came, assessed and explained what was needed. He came once all parts were ordered and boy what a wonderful job he did! Meticulous, detailed oriented and state of art work. See for yourself in the pictures below. Update December 2025: we continue to rely upon CPS for all our plumbing needs. Today we had an old toilet removed, and replaced with a new one, work done greatly by Jimmy H. who was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Only words of gratitude for this company!

Desert Water did a good job!
Rachel scheduled promptly with my appointment request and the tech arrived on time. Not only been respectful with the property and he replaced filter elements efficiently. It’s nice to have Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter in the neighborhood😎.

Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter performed services in my home and I couldn't be more pleased. I had arranged for a gas line to be installed and a water softener. They kept me informed throughout the installation process and offered many opportunities to ask questions. Upon completion they cleaned everything up. They are reliable and dependable and I would highly recommend them. Ethan and his partner were the best!

We woke up this morning with no water. Our main valve is outside of the garage, and we went to check if it was still on. When we got outside of the garage we discovered the back flush valve was leaking and stuck closed, leaving us without water to the house. I called Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter and Rachel said she could get someone out by one o’clock. When Michael diagnosed the back flush valve was bad, we asked him to replace it. He had one on the truck and replaced it right away. Now we have water in the house again! Michael and the staff are professional and very easygoing. No grumpy plumbers. I recommend Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter for their great service!

Called about my broken water heater the day after Christmas. They responded within an hour and got to work. I had to replace the whole unit and everything was explained to me. The price was fair and Ethan was very polite, professional and did an excellent job including clean up. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
