We have used Desert Water Plumbing for a repiping, new water heater, and new water softener. They are extremely responsive and professional and we highly recommend them. We had another water leak issue and they got in right away and had a restoration company in on the same day. They are quick and reliable!

Desert Water Plumbing provided great service at a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable coming up with unique solutions to my plumbing problem (doing a work around rather than digging into my foundation). Their guys are extremely polite and efficient, take time to explain everything, and did great job cleaning up after. STRONG recommendation for these guys!

Our tech that came out was excellent. I have had different plumbers coming out to fix this bathroom every single year and not one of them ever fixed the issue. This time Nick addressed the issue, fixed it and also provided a 2 year warranty. Moving forward I will always use this company and refer to anyone else. Now be our go to for any future repairs or projects. We had a min line leak with our irrigation and in searching for plumbers they were one of the first to respond when submitting for a project on Yelp. The first company I scheduled with for quote had pushed back their appointment and I am glad they did since Desert Water Plumbing was scheduled for later that day. Michael was assigned our job and came out earlier today originally scheduled. We went ahead and him complete the repair. He was quick, thorough and cleaned up. Just the other day another leak on the same pipe appeared and we called them back. Again scheduled for later in the day but they managed to could out early. He was honestly looking to see it was an issue that would have been on them but it was area under the ground and at a different connection. I appreciate that they would have owned up to the issue if it was an error on their end. Same as before quick, thorough and cleaned up after the repair. It’s never fun to have plumbing issues and the cost but it nice to have a go to company for now.

Desert Water was able to make last minute adjustments to their schedule and complete my job on the same day!

We had a broken waterline under the driveway. I called Thursday and they were out Friday morning. The leak was detected and repaired very efficiently. Michael and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company!

We just moved into our new home and wanted a water softener system. I reached out to no less than 10 places. Desert Water plumbing replied almost immediately. Rachel was so helpful and friendly. I was able to schedule for the next day. Ethan came to my home, explained the process and the systems and had our system installed by that evening. We also added a RO alkaline drinking system. Price was great and we got an amazing system. If you need a water softener system or RO installed, you should definitely call Desert Water. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I highly recommend this company. Our water softener seal leaked soaking the utility room, master linen closet and master toilet area. In ordered to complete the drywall repair, Ethan came out to uninstall the water heater one morning and reinstall it the next afternoon. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He came back the following day and installed a new water softener.

Not only is Ethan wonderful but the office staff is amazing too. Great communication and very willing to work on a tight, coordinated, timeline.

Great service! My hot water tank needed replaced and was leaking. They Answered phone at 10min after five and made an appointment for next day. Showed up on time. Jose was great. I also had a follow up visit with Mike and Dylan very friendly, professional and informative. Highly recommend!

Our water softner was leaking and they helped us right away. Answered the phone at 11pm on a Friday night and sent someone out first thing Saturday. Ethan our technician was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.
