We have tankless water heaters that were not installed correctly by the previous plumber. Bob, Bobby and Bryant came over and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much and answered any questions that we had. Not only did they take time to explained it but they also showed us exactly the issues. Love when they send a text to let me know that they are on their way. Great communications. Certainly trust City Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Always great to find a family run business.

Excellent service. Called out for a what I feared was a serious water leak outside. Arrived promptly and took care of the problem at a very reasonable rate. Have used City Plumbing Services a few times and they have been great each time.

Bryant was great! The only plumbers I’ve continued to use since owning my home. They arrived an hour after I called. A copper pipe had a pinhole leak above the ceiling and he was able to locate it immediately despite it being difficult to reach, installed the new pipe, and cleaned up in under 2 hrs, including a supply trip. 10/10!

City Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure everything was as I wanted. They are on time and clean up when they're done. I will use them again.

Great guys and excellent work. Call them on short notice for an emergency situation and they jumped right on it and took care of everything for me. During a time when I was recovering from a surgery and had a back up in our system. Came on short notice and handled everything.

Bob did a great job with a couple of repairs, but also helping us to understand what we needed to do on a couple of plumbing issues that we will ask them to fix now. Bob was great, it was very easy to schedule the work, and we joined their maintenance program without hesitation! Definitely five star service - thank you! We've now used City Plumbing for at least two other repairs and installations - of tankless water heaters. Continued great job!

Mark is a skilled plumber and very conscientious. He takes the time to explain his work before he departs. I can forgive him for being a Chicago Bears fan because his good qualities outweigh that. He approaches each plumbing project as if it was his house.

Really appreciate the accommodating appointment window and professionalism. Bryant was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping me put the finishing touches on my kitchen remodel. Highly recommend and will use for all future plumbing needs.

We have had both Bob and Bobby working for us on plumbing issues and a drain issue outside that was beyond their purview.Still, we received help and were able to handle the suggestions we received. Both men and Justina in the office have been extremely helpful and reliable. Both men are also knowledgeable and keep their word. I feel extremely comfortable recommending City Plumbing.

Great experience!! I couldn't say more about this local family owned business. Bob Jr assessed the situation same day then Bob Sr came out & took care of all the issues my old house had. It wasn't an easy job. However he made it seem like it was. He was efficient and really polite. It was a pleasure working with everyone from Justina in the office who called back right away and got me scheduled to both the gentleman who took care of business. I appreciate you all. Ashton, the plumber, evaluated the situation and found the old valve was no longer functioning. He replaced the valve and did a nice clean job. I will be using them again for any other jobs.

Ashton went above and beyond for an outside water softener water line leak. I called on a Sunday (sorry) and he came out the very next day and did a temporary fix until we could install a new system. He was very communicative and addressed all my concerns and questions. Thank you for everything.
