Our kitchen faucet need a replacement, and these people recommended by a neighbor. They are very prompt, courteous, and professional. They wanted to install a Moen, which is about half the quality of the Kohler, which I have, and quoted close to $800 to supply and install it [The Moes faucet was $159 at Home Depot and $130 from Amazon]. I instead ordered the Kohler from amazon.com, and Capstone quoted $400 fixed rate to install it and told me that was the standard going rate in this area. I checked with both Perplexity and ChatGPT which said the going rate was $125-$175 in Scottsdale for a kitchen faucet replacement. I found another plumber [Kevin, sole proprietor of KW Plumbing], also recommended by several neighbors, who did a fabulous job installing it for $150. To add insult to injury, I had to pay Capstone $89 for that original visit. I'm sure they do great work, and so if they are all you can find in a pinch, go for it. Otherwise shop around.

Our hot water recirculating pump was not working. I called the office and Erica clearly explained Capstone’s process and pricing, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Steve and Jason came out, installed a new pump, replaced the corroded flanges and stayed until I returned home to set up and explain the Grundfos app and its settings.
