It’s hard finding a good plumber but Chris was absolutely amazing! Our sink would make a noise every time our washer came on and Chris knew exactly what to check and didn’t try to upsell us with a bunch of charges we didn’t need. He made sure to clean up after he was done so you couldn’t even tell he was there.

The Tip Top team was very responsive diagnosing and repairing my water leak. Chris did great work and kept me informed throughout the process. I will use them again.

They were able to fix the problem although I still have a very small leak left. Prices have always been reasonably before but I felt 1500 to fix two shower valve cartridges was exorbitant. I also was supposed to get a quote on a new water purification system but I never received.

The guys were great. After telling them how little I use guest bath shower where I had broken the handle, they realized that replacing the whole valve and handle for $1,000 was probably overkill for this situation. They suggested using a super glue to do the repair and then offered to take care of it for me. Can't thank them enough for offering "good better best" options to take care of this issue.

I didn’t know where begin. I wanted to terminate our contract prior today because the service prior to the arrival of Chris had been mediocre at best,,, then Chris arrived on time pleasant and wanting to fix every issue we had!!! Which he did… not only that he gave us easy maintenance ideas, exact times to expect expect the hot water to get to which faucet We have a ranch style. He cleane a filter like I would and I’m OCD… but mostly he was the most pleasant guy.., I should have tipped him and now feel guilty..,,, in the future we will ask for him.,,, and I am a pain customer,,… so this review has meaning…thanks for asking,,…happy Thanksgiving to All

Great service by Richard G. He showed up on time and replaced my water heater without issues. Fully explained my service options so I took advantage of the discounted benefits and authorized the replacements of 2 defective outside hose bibbs.

Jose was phenomenal as was the owner Joe. I had a particularly difficult challenge with my main sewer line, and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of. Required reaching out to the City, pulling down maps of where clean outs were supposed to be vs where they were in a townhome area, etc. They were also very fair on price given the time it took, I was very pleased with this. I would rate these guys a 10 out of 10!

We have used this company for many years, a couple of name changes. They are great, responsive, always fair. Try to get Chris to come to your house. He is the best. I will only use Tip Top in the future

I was quoted a reasonable price for a water heater replacement. Chris did a job that went above and beyond just an installation. He was informative, knowledgeable and personable. We needed a new water heater installed and spoke to several companies. Parker and Son who did the initial installation was outrageously expense quoting over $3000 just for the labor. Tip Top came in at a very reasonable price and got it done the next day. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

He showed up prepared, stayed focused the entire day, and treated the job like a professional. He took out the old tank system cleanly and installed the new Navien with real craftsmanship. Every connection, every adjustment, every step was done with care.

Stephen has the kind of work ethic you do not see much anymore. He was respectful of my home, kept me informed, answered questions without rushing, and made sure the system was dialed in and fully tested before he left. On top of all that, he is just a genuinely good guy, easy to work with, and someone you can trust to do the job right.
