Great company to deal with. Very personalized service. Keep all their promises re dates for service and accurately describing the service they provide. Everyone at Desert Water is customer friendly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. FYI, they installed a new water treatment in my home that works beautifully, and the follow up service (Periodic adding salt to the system) is excellent. I am very happy to recommend Desert Water.

The folks here were quite helpful. From the front desk to the service technician that came out. Regularly in contact to make sure the scheduling was on time and that the times worked for me.

Nick @ Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter was amazing to work with! He was on time, informative and very kind. This is a family owned business and Nick’s wife Rachel was wonderful to work with as well. They communicate well and are reasonably priced.
They sold and installed a water softener for us. I apologize I forgot the technician’s name but he did a great job and was efficient and kind. The whole process was very professional.

Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Best prices in all of AZ and the customer support is excellent. My installer was very courteous and polite and did an amazing job on the water softener and the RO system. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Would recommend highly over the other providers.

Complete experience was perfect. Called the owner Nick on a Saturday with an emergency, he had Danielle with dispatch reach out immediately and she was very friendly, thorough and professional. Danelle understood our water heater issue. That same day, Grant and Joe came out and installed the new water heater. They answered all my questions while doing expedient/quality work. The price was reasonable. I recommend their service.

Desert water has serviced our home for water heater, RO system, water softener, plumbing leaks, etc. I’ve never experienced a company with such high standard of integrity. They really care about their customers and the community. We have recommended them to our own family and use them for all our needs. Very satisfied with the service and the people!

Desert water and plumbing came to my house to check out my water filtration system. I was unsure if I needed a complete new system, so another Technician who deals only in water systems came out and said I needed a salt water system instead of the salt free system to combat the water hardness lever of Arizona water. The install was the next day and happy with our water system.

I haven’t need to use a plumber previously so of course I was a little worried about who would show up. Well I was worried for nothing. The tech Dan did a great job. Of course I’m happy I called the right company the first time which made the experience easy!

I called Desert Water & Plumbing for a kitchen faucet and sink installation for my mom. Mike did a phenomenal job! He also replaced the garbage disposal for a very fair price. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My 78 year old mom felt very well taken care of. We can’t say enough about this company and its owner and will use them for all future plumbing needs.

Great all around customer service experience! Called and spoke to Sam regarding issue with toilet in guest bath. Not an emergency so wasn’t expecting fast service. Sam arranged for two techs - Dan and Joe -to come out same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Issue turned out to be a worn wax ring and corroded flange that was causing a leak of water and sewer gas. Repair was completed in about an hour at a fair price. Both Dan and Joe were courteous and efficient. This was my first experience with Desert Water and Plumbing and I absolutely will call them back for any plumbing needs in the future. Thanks to all!

We had a leak in our condo and Desert Water Plumbing were very responsive and showed up immediately to take care of the situation. They were very knowledgeable and were able to trace the source really quickly and fix the situation so that the leak could be stopped. I would highly recommend them! We are now using them for another property for a difficult toilet install.

I am very positively impressed by this company. First off, when I called them the person I spoke to on the phone was both pleasant & professional. I was given an estimated time of arrival. I received a call about 2 hours before the estimated arrival time asking if it was OK to come earlier. I was very pleased, considering another plumber I called required me to leave voice mail & never called back until 2 days later. Anyway, my bathroom sink valves & faucet were replaced quickly & the plumber who did the work was friendly, respectful, and professional. Even better, the amount I
was charged for the work was extremely reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. I will definitely keep using Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with this company. Took the job on extremely short notice and was able to get it taken care of the very next day.
