Voda was great to work with. They were fast to the job site, clean and efficient with every bit of the process. They helped make a bad situation from the water damage in my bathroom into a pleasant experience and easy to get through.

Jeff came out the same day I called . He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of where I had water damage. Francisco came out with a crew who did all the mitigation in a very timely manner. They came out every day to check the moisture levels. This was my first home and my very first time dealing with any kind of water damage, so I honestly had no idea where to start. Daniel went above and beyond. After a fire in our home on Christmas, he responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care during an incredibly stressful time. He was compassionate, respectful, and extremely thorough in the cleanup process.

He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home as if it were his own. Having this happen on Christmas could have been devastating, but Daniel made a hard situation so much easier to handle.

I chose Voda Cleaning and Restoration not having much time to research. I did (however) google their reviews and customer feedback and was reassured by the 5 star reviews with SO many satisfied customers. I took confidence in that and made the call. Jeff (company President) answered my frantic call on a Sunday offering an immediate house call. He was professional and reassuring; answering all of my questions. Francisco: manager came to our home, gave us a concise estimate and waited patiently as my husband was on the phone with our State Farm insurance agent. We were encouraged to get another bid for the mitigation. We complied and Francisco willingly left his equipment despite our lack of commitment. Because of Francisco’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment to being OUR advocate, we ultimately went with Voda. I now fully appreciate this company’s raving reviews. The work was completed in a timely and comprehensive manner. We used Voda’s professional services on June 4, 2025, for mold removal and remediation. Such a bummer to have discovered mold behind two shower enclosures while we were remodeling, but Voda came in and saved the day so we didn’t fall too far behind schedule with the remainder of trades needed to finish remodeling! (And, thankfully for us, the mold was caused by tile not being sealed in the shower niche where shampoo/bottles/soaps are placed - the mold wasn’t from a plumbing issue.)

One thing we found out while searching for a mold remediation company is that pricing is all over the place here in the East Valley. And after speaking with a few realtors, it became clear that not everyone can be trusted to do the work well.

For our specific situation, we weren’t sure if the mold had spread under the concrete floor of the showers. Two other companies said there was no need to remove the concrete flooring; however, Voda’s estimator video conferenced with his remediation crew during the free-estimate-walkthrough and they were certain it needed to be removed in both showers. Voda was right - the concrete shower floors needed to be removed so the subfloor could also be treated.

Voda was not the least expensive, but they were the most thorough and inclusive of all work needed to be done — and when dealing with mold removal/remediation, as a homeowner, you want to know it’s gone.

Voda’s workers are certified and they treat your home as if it was their own (possibly even better because it was incredibly clean when they left!). Also, an unrelated, third party environmental company tested the two shower areas after Voda was finished — and our shower areas passed the tests!

Voda works with insurance companies to help you if you have a claim, and they also work directly with homeowners (like us) when it’s not covered by insurance.

Given Voda’s other excellent reviews online, we can agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We highly recommended Voda’s professional services!

We had a bathroom water leak that impacted our Master bath and downstairs living room area. Jeff was out quickly and on the same day was able to get dryers started. Jeff provided a very detailed layout, water levels, and damage by end of the day and sent directly to my insurance company for approval. Voda completed the demo, mold remediation, and daily checks. Jeff also recommended a rebuild construction team who will also work directly with my insurance. I am extremely impressed with the level of detail and service of Voda Cleaning. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning and restoration services.

Jeff and his team were highly responsive and immediately came out to help us. They did everything, even boxing up the items in our cabinets for us.

If you have a leak Voda is the only company I’d call.

We recently had a whole backyard remodel done by Unique. We are thrilled with the final project! I've waited to do this review. I wanted to get through the bugs and Unique's part of the warranty items plus a little time. I am happy with the product they produced for us. The grass, cement, surfacing, borders, pool, jacuzzi are magnificent. The owner Chris even came by once to make sure all was fine and help figure out the 'auto-fill' problem on the pool. Kevin, Bart, Pam, Dacia were all professional and patient with us through the shortages of Covid. One of the bestest things...they answer their phones and return your calls. Veeerrry important to me.
