Gurr Brothers did our roof, and we couldn’t be happier. Thony was great, he kept us in the loop and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!

Gurr Brothers did an amazing job with our building’s roof! I loved the attention to detail in great communication!! Would definitely recommend!

I was introduced to Gurr Brothers by their electrical contractors Cactus Valley Electric. I had an old fluorescent light fixture come loose back in December. I had to get that fixed before I went to work. After making several calls Cactus Valley came through in a pinch and got the old lamp pulled down. I decided to get rid of the remaining part of the fixture and go with LED lights. What a HUGE difference. Good company to work with very fair pricing and great service. I would recommend them both.

This is the first time I've remodeled any part of my house and I had a fantastic experience. The project turned out to be bigger than expected as we discovered underlying plumbing issues, but Gurr helped me through all the additional repairs with patience and professionalism. I loved working with Francisco (my project manager), Martin (billing/finance), Osvaldo (tile), and Paul (general misc repairs). When I posed additional problems with the house, they always found a way to come up with a solution. It turned out to be a more extensive job than expected, but I was glad I decided to take the extra step to get everything taken care of all at once.

Gurr Brothers did an amazing job replacing my roof. Their team did a tremendous amount of work quickly and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were done. Alexis did an awesome job at keeping me informed throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the work. Many of my neighbors have sent me messages or stopped me to tell me how good my new roof looks and that they were amazed how quickly it was completed.

I’d recommend to avoid at all cost. Terrible experience. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Roof was installed incorrectly and refused to repair correctly or refund. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They didn’t care my newborn baby was in a leaky house from a roof that they did a terrible job on. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I attempted to respectfully resolve the issue and they just wasted my time for months and tried to weasel out of it. I’d give them zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE

Thony was great to work with! Constant communication and progress updates throughout. Quick and easy scheduling and install process. Thank you!!

Been dealing with them since April. Still not done and threatening, because they want their final payment. Not to mention they put the wrong granite in. I believe they are selling the company because they are incompetent and now they want their money before they can sell it. Well, that's not how it works. You finish a job and then you get paid.

I needed a shower door installed and dry wall work done behind my washer. Ron Davis was very respectful, conscientous and thorough. He completed the job in a timely manner and with close attention to details.

I recently received a quote and worked with a young man named Ronnie. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their pricing was the best out of the several estimates I received. Communication was prompt, professional, and Ronnie was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.

I recently had some interior upgrades for my kitchen and dining room done by Gurr Brothers. Ronald was a great project manager, always keeping me updated about the next steps in the process. I am very happy with my new kitchen and dining room! I will be suggesting Gurr Brothers and Ronald to all my friends and family for their next home project.

Gurr brothers has been a disgusting headache and waste of time. Referred by “Salt river restoration” for repair after a roof leak. Had to call to ask them to submit their work invoice to insurance. Made sure the reply got back to them. Called twice for follow up on moving forward or submitting additional info to insurance. I was assured someone would get back to me both times. My daughter’s room, and my garage have been tore up for months. I cannot stress this enough, do not go with Gurr brothers!! Save yourself the stress and heartache. 0 out of 5 stars

When it came time to replace my roof underlayment under my concrete tile roof, I did my research and got several quotes from highly rated roofing companies and selected Gurr Brothers. Once I made my decision, they moved me up on the schedule and within 2 weeks they started work on my house. Dealing with Alexis was a pleasure. She was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. She was always responsive to any question that I had and was able to solve my problem or put me in touch with someone that could. I was also impressed with the roofing team. They worked very hard and very efficiently the whole time. Within a day and a half they completed their work. They cleaned the whole worksite and left it as they found it. I did have a few questions once the work started and when Josh was onsite, he made it a point to reach out to me. He went above and beyond what I expected to make sure that I was satisfied with every step of the process. I would not hesitate recommending Gurr Brothers Roofing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but Gurr Brothers did such an amazing job that I am ACTUALLY happy and secure to recommend them to anybody! Great quality work.

Dealing with insurance and mitigation was a mess. As soon as the repairs got into Ronald and his team’s hands it’s been a weight of our shoulders. Very friendly. Awesome communication. Quick and solid work! Thank you for all the help with bringing out home back to life!

Aaron came to our house to set up a quote for our walls, stucco, and carpet the first week of September. The process has been an absolute nightmare! The repair for just the walls was completed 11/13. Since this was such a terrible experience, we are using a different company for the stucco and carpet. The rep who put in the insulation put R13 in our attic/ceiling (instead of the R30 or R38 we had), he didnt put insulation between 2 of the 2x6 beams, he used R13 on a sheet instead of blown in. In multiple slats, the R13 was cut in half, so really we had R6 in our 2x6 walls that face the sun all day. The wall texture was added, but not sanded. I pointed it out, was told it would be taken care of before painting. It wasn't. It was rough and stuck out almost 3 times farther than our original texture on the walls. The paint job looked like a 13 year old was handed his first can of paint and told to paint his room by himself. They used the bathroom to rinse their brushes/tools and left paint and a white film caked on the floor, counter, and mirror.
Dan was great. Super responsive. Unfortunately, twice I was told someone would come and they didnt. The last week of this process, Dan sent Rolando who was amazing. He repaired the paint disaster. If it was just Dan and Rolando with this experience, I feel it would have been a completely different outcome. But the 9 weeks of headaches for putting up insulation, drywall, texturing, and painting, is ridiculous. -
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a local company. Had Gurr brothers referred from their sister company from flood damage. I was optimistic given the positive reviews. However, the rebuild process was beyond frustrating. Extremely poor communication with their rep during the entire process. Each job had to be done twice and they had poor communication with their chosen subs. Has contractors show up and not have any knowledge of the work they were doing only for the Gurr brothers rep to show up later to explain to them. The first painting crew didn’t blend and the entire ceiling and wall had to be repainted. The first crew to lay carpet put small patches of padding down and a second crew had to come out. Things were fixed however it led to the process taking over 2 months. The job got done but from the poor communication, pleading multiple times, and almost all of the work needing to be done twice. When billing came due they sent the wrong bill amount even after having all the needed information, they wouldn’t answer phone calls or return any missed calls. I cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I recently had the task of finding a reliable roofing company to fix my roof, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional, thanks to my point of contact, Thony.
Thony was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in the project. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from our first conversation.
The installation team was equally impressive. The crew arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. They worked efficiently and meticulously, demonstrating a high level of skill and professionalism throughout the entire installation process. It was clear that they took great pride in their work, and their attention to detail was second to none.
One of the aspects that stood out to me the most was how clean and organized the job site was. The team took extra care to protect my property, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. This level of care and consideration is rare and truly appreciated.
In conclusion, I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the exceptional service provided by this roofing company. Thony and his team exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly unmatched. -
Avoid this company at all costs. First contractors over promised and under delivered. Second they delayed the project over 1 month due to their poor communications with insurance. Third they decided to include in their scope work that wasn’t needed. Then proceeded to not credit us with that work. We calculated ~5k of work that wasn’t done. They gave us “credit” but overinflated work so that the credit we received was more like 2k instead of the expected 5k. Fourth they work with this company called prime packouts. They did the packout work for two rooms my apartment is only 800sq ft and they charged a whopping 15k for packing out two rooms. In summary don’t work with these people they will overcharge you waste your time over promised and ultimately deliver subpar results.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They restored my garage after my water heater went bad and sprung a leak. The three crews that repaired the damage , took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. My garage restoration looks amazing and they left my garage better that it looked before the water damage. I highly recommend this company for any restoration work that you might need to have done. They really did a great job.

Im very happy with my roof and solar panels! I had a pigeon issue that ruined my roof and crew did a great job all around replacing my roof, cleaning panels and creating a bird mesh for protection. Thony, Project manager was great at communicating. Thank you Gurr Brothers!
