When we decided to renovate our entire backyard, we sought multiple bids from word-of-mouth referrals. AZ Valley stood out, and we had the pleasure of working with Matt, the designer, Sean the owner and Chaz, the project manager. They made the entire design process smooth and stress-free. Matt was able to bring my vision to life with his expertise. Our key concerns were design, timeline, and cost. With three kids, we didn't want a big hole in the yard for months. We've heard the horror stories of jobs getting left unfinished for months, so we were thrilled when our pool was completed in just 38 days from our dig date! This still allowed plenty of time for curing, which is unbeatable in this industry.

AZ Valley built our pool, spa, decking, fire pit, and BBQ area. They have a studio where you can select materials and see the equipment. During the design stage, Matt was incredibly flexible, quickly updating renderings when I changed the design. He optimized the layout to minimize unnecessary cuts, saving us money on turf lengths and backsplash height. Instead of extending travertine to the side yards, he recommended pavers, which was a great cost-saving idea.

Once our project moved to the project management phase, Chaz became our go-to person. We communicated constantly via text, receiving updates and sharing our own. This was crucial as we also hired separate contractors for our pergola, misters, and side gate, which needed to be installed or adjusted during the pool construction. When our gate contractor accidentally cracked our wall, the AZ Valley team was flexible, accommodating the necessary repairs and adjustments in the timeline.

Throughout the construction process, the workers were polite, clean, and courteous. We had pavers on our driveway and knew they might get damaged during the project. Remarkably, only two or three pavers were damaged, which was a blessing.

It's been almost a year since our pool was completed, and we are 100% grateful and pleased. Even with some environmental challenges causing uneven pavers, AZ Valley responded almost immediately and was at my house within a matter of days to assess and repair our backyard. They even noticed other repairs I didn't mention and took care of those too. The construction team, despite a slight language barrier, was respectful and aligned perfectly with our expectations.

AZ Valley Pool was a pleasure to work with. Once we finalized our choices they gave us a starting date and everything happened so fast. We have had our pool for a year now and any questions or warranty concerns were addressed within a couple days.

I have to give a big shout out to AZ Valley Pools! Can’t believe they could do all of this in just 6 weeks! They were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish! From the excavation to the landscaping, (funny thing is, plant and trees were the hardest thing for us to choose) everyone we worked with was incredible and friendly, From Alan the sales Rep (who helped us create the plans) to Gerhard the Contruction Supervisor (who was over the construction of everything and had the most amazing teams to work with. He had crews for each step and they knew what to do and executed it like a well oiled machine. It was already getting extremely hot but they just kept going and kept on schedule. They answered all my silly questions. It was so fun to watch the transformation of our dirt yard become an oasis that we can enjoy together with friends & family when they come visit. Bryan designed this beautiful pool and Brevyn managed the project from start to completion. AZ Valley Pools was an amazing company to work with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wanted to own a home with a pool for years, but I have always heard horror stories about how expensive they were to install, and how the installers would take a ridiculously long time to finish the jobs. My experience with AZ Valley Pools could not have been more different.

I saw an ad for a free pool installation consultation on social media, and I scheduled the appointment. They worked with my schedule and promptly came out to my house. I could tell right away that this company was different. They explained the options with zero pressure, and I was very surprised at how affordable building a pool could be. They took measurements and pictures to create a 3D model of our future pool in our yard. We had total freedom, and changed the design several times with zero hesitation or push back.

It was stressed to me that AZ Valley Pools had a different philosophy about customers; rather than taking on many jobs at once and starting them, they prefer to only take on what they can handle, and quickly complete. I was a little suspicious of this claim at first, but it turned out to be spot on. From the date that our yard was excavated, until the date that our pool was full of water and running was exactly one month. I realize that sounds impossible, but it happened. Not only was it completed quickly, but I really felt like everyone I dealt with were trustworthy, hardworking, and took great pride in their work and their company. Communication is so important, and these guys excel at their client relationships. We are so happy with our beautiful pool, and the outstanding job that everyone at AZ Valley Pools did for us. They are the absolute best!

I can’t say enough good things about AZ Valley Pools! They initially came out to our home to look at our pump. Instead of just telling us we needed a new pump, and went above and beyond to troubleshoot and help find solutions to the problem and saved us a lot of money. Where other companies usually upsell from the get go rather than trying to save the customer money, AZ Valley truly cares about providing a great service and more importantly building relationships. In March of 2023, we moved to the east valley from the upper Midwest. One of our prerequisites to live here was a pool and we were going to need it by summer. We spoke with a handful of companies and they are all fair and reasonable. One of the last ones we reached out to was AZ Valley Pools. Their salesman, Matt W, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He met our financial needs, pool/spa wants and most importantly timeline. From the first shovel in the ground to water being pumped in was 48 days. AZ Valley constantly checked in with us and their subcontractors were efficient and reliable. Since owning the pool, we’ve had minor issues but nothing that was detrimental. Every time something came up, we reached out to the warranty guy, Chaz and he was quick to help us with the fix. Whether it was a phone call, text with pics or him stopping over, it’s always done promptly and professionally. We can’t imagine being happier with our pool building and subsequent product than what AZ Valley gave us. Thanks again!!

From the high design rendering to the quick "dig to swim" time estimate - I was sold. I was swimming in roughly 45 days! I had a smaller a project, but I never felt like I was a small customer. AZ Valley has been great to work with! Our pool build began on Aug 2023 with a completion of Sept 30th 2023. Cody brought out design to life and contractors worked extremely hard 6 days a week. Since then we’ve enjoyed our outdoor space year round! We had an issue with the pool equipment after about 1.5 years, Chaz with AZ Valley contacted us immediately & had Hayward come out to get this resolved for us. Would highly recommend!

I honestly could go on forever about how amazing it was to work with Sean and Chad and the entire AZ Valley Crew. From the design phase, to materials, not only did they build me my dream back yard, but Sean was always there to make suggestions based on his previous experience and expertise and he was spot on for all of them. He also custom designed a waterfall grotto for me knowing I would like to be out of the sun in the summer months. Chaz was a great project manager and their crews were quick, professional, and did outstanding work. Absolutely cannot recommend Sean enough, I went from having a backyard to an Oasis and I love it more each time I step outside.
