I can’t recommend these guys enough! Matt was awesome in getting us helped out when our bathroom had a leak, I couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend them out to anyone!

Found a little water damage in my daughter‘s bedroom call them up. They were out by the end of the day. They put plastic up removed anything that was wet and or moldy. I had a dehumidifier and air scrubbers in the room for four days. Everything was great all the things is dry.

Initial response time and immediate repair was quick from the mitigation company sent out. When it came time to get our carpet replaced, we gave them around 18k in a couple different checks from insurance and that was 6months ago. At first we were told that they were still waiting for the carpet to be shipped. With extremely low communication we had to keep calling for updates and were told they would contact whoever was supposed to be handling the carpet replacement. We can no longer reach anyone at the office about this matter and have taken legal action to get our money back. We have already contacted our insurance company and were informed that they cashed the check.

Update:
Just to clarify, Mitigation came immediately to help with the drying process, they completed mitigation quickly and communication was great. They began the restoration process and finished the drywall and painting well. They stopped communication after we paid for the carpet and installation portion. They finally called, I received an apology and not much explanation to where they have been for the passed 6 months. They did hand deliver a check for unfinished work the same day they finally made contact with me.

I sincerely appreciate these guys! The entire team has been professional from the very first phone call! The amount of stressed cause by water damage is unbelievable but these guys help you feel so much better. They always communicate, respond in a timely fashion, and make sure I am aware of what is happening next. I am definitely grateful to this team for all of the work they have put in so far!

Mitigation services were needed when our hot water tank and a pipe inside a wall started leaking causing damage in our garage and to a room inside the house. We found this company to be quick to respond, mitigate the damage, figure out what needed to be done and started making arrangements to repair the damage. We highly recommend their services!

It' never fun having a home emergency, but Matt at 24 Hour Flood Pros made the experience bearable and even easy! He was professional and empathetic to our situation while providing a quick solution. He assessed the damage, explained the process, and really made the emergency manageable. While I don't hope to experience this again, if I do I know I'll give Matt a ring again to get me sorted out!

We used Weeks & Mitchell for a remodel of our small primary bathroom. From start to finish, I could not have been more pleased with the process and outcome. They fully inform you on the front end and give you an honest cost based on your budget and desires. I especially like their design services since we were not sure of a direction to take with the style.

Weeks and Mitchell did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel in 2019. Beautiful! We would definitely use them again. Now, 4 yrs later, they were extremely helpful in providing support and even sending photos they saved (after hours when we needed them) from their work mid-construction 4 yrs ago. We shared those photos with a plumbing company to determine water line locations for our latest project, a whole house PEX re-pipe.
