Edit: The company has made absolutely no attempt to contact me or respond to the email I sent to them. Seeing other comments it seems their employee's being aggressive is not an isolated incident.

A driver from this company was aggressively tailgating me during a very rainy day. In attempt to create a safe space between myself and the driver I reduced my speed (reasonably and safely) this prompted the driver to follow me within such a distance that I could not even see his front bumper. After turning into a neighborhood the driver followed and continued to exhibit signs of road rage. Only after pulling over and the driver realized I was taking video did he back off (after also pulling over apparently expecting a confrontation) after continuing on my commute the driver exited the neighborhood showing that his sole purpose was to follow me for reasons unknown. Highly unacceptable. I will update this review with the pending response from their company.

The Whse Staff demeanor is very unpleasant they made me feel like a burden that I had a freight delivery. The Whse Super demeanor is clearly rubbing off on the rest of the staff-

Some of their employees were fighting in uniform in the parking lot and ended up doing $1,700.00 worth of damage to my truck last fall 2018. I contacted their Foreman for the site they were working on he began the repair process, but never finished it. Now my truck still looks like garbage and the Foreman won't return my calls or text messages.

I tried to be reasonable and give them time to make the repair because of the total cost, but that ended up poorly. If their work is anything like the way they handled this situation I would stand clear.

This happened in a parking lot near N Scottsdale Road and McDowell Road in Scottsdale in October 2018.

They park their service vans in customer parking spots that are designated for people hauling in and out merchandise. There are plenty of parking spots 20 feet away. Called the office, Lady was rude and made excuses for her employees saying that it's emergency. I don't see how 20 feet is going to make a difference but it does for people hauling heavy stuff into the building. You need to do better.

Great company to call for any type of water work in your home! Dane was very reassuring when addressing my water leak, and performed an excellent job. Quick, clean, and well executed. Keep up the great customer service.

Julius & Devin are super cool! We needed help with our toilet flooding and they definitely stopped the leaking and fixed it with being price efficient as well! Will call then if I have any other emergency

I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing 24 Hour Flood Pros' after-hours services, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding job they did. After a stressful mishap where our bathtub was left on overnight, I reached out to them for assistance, and they truly went above and beyond.

Dane came out to my home to perform a remediation and did extremely well. Him and his crew were very clean and thorough with their work and kept me in the loop with the entire job process. Highly recommend asking for Dane if you run into a similar problem!

These guys are fantastic. I got their information from a contractor. We had a leak from an upstairs neighbor. 24hr flood pros were able to come out same day and get started on water mitigation. Brandon Anthony And Justin were always punctual , professional and knowledgeable. They even left the space very clean afterwards. Bridget was also a pleasure to coordinate appointments with especially since I don’t live in the unit. Also they dealt with getting payment from the insurance company i didn’t have to deal with it. 10 outta 10 would recommend!!

My bathroom sink was leaking and I called flood pros quick I've been seeing them for months now and they work on all types of sinks in my house and I'm very happy to have them! I highly recommend them, they are very reliable and helpful!! They have amazing customer service and I had a wonderful time with Bridgette, she is absolutely amazing and a very kind person.

Justin and Brandon are fantastic. I got home from vacation and noticed the water heater in my garage gave out. I called several companies and they all told me they couldn't be out for 1-2 days. I called 24 Hour Flood Pros and spoke with Taylor. He told me his team could be there within the hour. They were courteous of my home and showed up on time to get the job done. I appreciate them going the extra-mile to make sure everything was done right. Would highly recommend this company.

We had some water damage from a downstairs leak. Called 24 hr flood pros and they sent Julius who gave us a decent quote and took care of our issue fast! Definitely recommend these guys in the future!

I am so glad I called 24 hour flood pros during the recent flood I had in my house. They were very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. Dane was especially helpful and took care of the job while also delivering exceptional customer service. I know I will definitely be hiring them again if anything like this were to happen again.

I cannot begin to tell you what a fabulous company this is. From the very beginning of my problem to the end of the project. Tyler was my first contact and he was so kind. His first words were WE WILL BE WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. And they were. Every time I text TYLER he responded immediately. JUSTIN was fantastic in explaining everything to me. I ask JUSTIN to be here when the insurance adjuster came. He came and ask questions to the adjuster. Then I started to relax. I text JUSTIN and responded quickly with my after thought questions. The pack out was remarkable. John came the day before to access everything that needed to be done for the pack out. I asked JOHN if I could be here when they start packing.
He said of course. The packing was great. They took extra care with my BUTTERFLY 🦋 COLLECTION.
JULIUS was great in answering my questions about the demo. DANIEL was great in answering my questions about the REBUILD. Now I am waiting for STATE FARM to approve the rebuild construction.

Jaydon is without a doubt one of the best workers I've encountered. He's smart kind and dedicated to helping those in need. For me it was when my shower flooded. He knew just what to do even when I was unsure. I'm so thankful for his quick service! I highly recommend him for anyone!

From my first call regarding the storm damage Taylor came out he was professional, friendly and informative he made me feel assured that I would be taken care of he was awesome. The next crew came out was just as awesome Tyler, Jaden and Devon they were polite, professional and prompt and done a great job clearing the area to be dried. Daniel came out to help with an inspection I needed for some water damage. Not only did he give me regular updates but he went over and beyond with helping me file a claim with my insurance. He helped me understand the full process for renovations and made me feel comfortable with it.

I want your Company to know that, Justin E. was nothing but, a professional and great ambassador for "24 Hour Flood Pros of Arizona."(I asked him what his last name was, before he left, knowing I was going to make a review) He was so informative and thorough, answering all my detailed questions, and addressed my concerns about my 2 cats and open doors...Insuring me that closed doors are a top priority. Julius and Justin were fantastic. Kitchen sink pipe blew out and I awoke to half of my house with about 1/2 inch of water everywhere. Area rugs were soaked, what a mess. I called around 6:30 am and Julius came within the hour and helped immediately with the wet vac and vacuuming water and heavy lifting.

I can't recommend 24 hour flood pros of Arizona highly enough! Their team did an amazing job restoring my property. Dane was a standout—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to him and the rest of the crew, my place looks brand new again. Five stars all the way!
