Justin and his crew came out to assess some water damage we had from a roof leak within a few hours of my phone call. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely have them do the repairs and use them again in the future if needed.

Gateway Restoration is an awesome company to have had working on my project. Very professional, always responding to my phone calls, and the work they did in my home met all my expectation. My project manger, Ty, was a joy to have oversee

Gateway was terrific in helping us with prompt, professional, thorough, and responsive mitigation of water damage in four rooms from a pinhole leak in a plumbing line in the master bath. Upon hearing a mysterious noise behind a vanity, I found wet baseboards and carpet. I turned off the house water and called our plumber, who opened drywall behind a sink, found and repaired the leak. I researched restoration companies and called Gateway Restoration. They came out, found all affected areas, promptly installed dehumidifiers and fans. They next removed all damaged materials including baseboards and bathroom cabinets. They checked back daily on drying progress. They were accessible by phone and text, considerate in scheduling visits with us, kept us informed and answered all our questions. All areas were completely dry — that is the key — in a week, carefully checked with their technology, and equipment removed. Tim, the mitigation manager, Corbyn, the team supervisor, and Kathy, the office coordinator, were just great. As you know, a leak in the house is a VERY stressful situation. I wish you well with yours! I am so glad we had Gateway. I look forward to the next stage with Gateway, the reconstruction stage, where all the damaged areas will be fully rebuilt and restored.

At 6:30 in the morning I noticed my toilet leaking. Gateway Restoration was at my door at 8:00 am and assessed the situation. They made time in their schedule to fix the problem immediately and stuck to the quote even though the repair took much longer than expected due to how the previous plumber had attached things. They even replaced parts in the other toilet preemptively. They were on time, polite and clean. As a single woman I felt safe and respected. Gateway Restoration came out for a water damage and mold inspection, and Danjee was extremely honest and thorough. He went above and beyond, using a thermal camera and other tools to carefully inspect the area and diagnose where the leak originated.

After a detailed inspection, he explained that there was no remaining moisture in the affected wood or carpet and did not recommend any work be done. This was a huge relief, especially since a prior company gave us an extremely expensive quote that involved ripping apart the room. Danjee’s honesty saved us thousands of dollars.
