I recently had a sewer backup . It happened after hours and Justin was following up first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained the whole process. He was a very friendly from start to finish. I have even reached out with questions and still being very helpful as I deal with my insurance. These guys were nothing short of awesome! Helped me during every step of the process. Helped me figure out insurance. And were even great with my young nephews. 5/5 stars all the way! Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

Had water damage under my sink, 24hr came out immediately, gave a fair estimate and additional advice on how to proceed with the process (another company install caused my damage) to get the job started. They promptly came out and this far I’ve had the demo stage completed by Devin and Tyler. Their job performance was quick and clean! 24 Hour Flood Pro is a water mitigation company that I'm happy to have in my back pocket! As an insurance professional, I have worked with a lot of water mitigation companies that overcharge. I am floored at how wonderfully different the experience was for me with 24 Hours Flood Pros of Arizona.
Justin was polite, concise, and throughout. He checked every possible nook and cranny. He explained all the risks, including risks associated with the year and type of my home.
I'm giving his card to all the homeowners and clients I know. I will sleep better now. My house is old. There will be leaks, but now I know I'll be ok when they do happen. I won't be calling anyone else.

Justin and Julius were fantastic from Justin’s diagnostic help to his follow up with our insurance when we needed help. Both were super lovely to interact with and always respectful. Oh! And so nice to my dogs which is a bonus. Water damage on your house is awful but I’m obsessed with how great our experience was. Highly recommend.

These guys came out at 2 am in the morning! Julius made sure to thoroughly explain everything before proceeding. He was able to get all the water cleaned up from our leak and has been working smoothly with our insurance company! They had a standby plumber out to assist with the leak and they were fantastic! I was able to worry about my kids then the leak that was happening! Amazing service with these guys and everyone they have recommended!
