They are professional on time , friendly and the best at what they do and give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 ( 1 being the worst possible score and 10 being the best possible score.). This company Rocks and will bonly call these guys anytime I have any water issues, flooding.or.a mold breakout etc.. This is the first and only business I will be calling in the future as they are the only business I trust

Gateway was so helpful through out my whole broken pipe fiasco. They were very responsive and willing to do the extras to make sure my home and I were taken care of. They responded to all text and phone calls within minutes. They even checked in during the wait time while insurance was doing what they needed to do.

Danjee of Gateway Restoration was referred to me. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had a major flood in my home. You can just imagine the stress I was experiencing over the flooding issues and dealing with my insurance company! Danjee came in and handled everything. Working with my insurance, he was able to get them to pay for all the damages, less my deductible of course. I was really impressed with his crew - Edgar, Luis and Jose. Johnathan, the project manager, was on board and explained the rebuild process to me and helped me make some decisions. Danjee's crew was very professional and did a fantastic job! Gateway Restoration did an excellent job on helping us remove mold from 4 rooms in our home. Tim and his team communication was excellent. They are very responsive and showed up on time and when they said they would come out. We were in the middle of new flooring install when the mold was discovered and they came right out and even worked on the weekends. I would highly recommend using them for any time of emergency restoration needs.

Danjee came to gather some samples for a future repair and he was very quick and did a great job. He even suggested fixing our dryer vent hose to prevent a potential fire when moving our washer to gather a sample. Highly recommend Gateway!
