Constraction reviews in Chandler, Arizona

Would give this 0 stars if I could, if your looking for a job or career to grow in don’t even apply they don’t train you neither do they communicate they expect you to already know everything as if you’ve be there 10 plus years like them and if you don’t speak Spanish your really done for, nothing is ever comprehended or explained they rather get mad at you. Was there for 3 months and seen all new hires quit lol probably because the managers pick favorites and try to keep family as hires. Overall it was a horrible experience glad I found something better.

Everyone was very nice inside.

Kyle and his crew were always on time, cleaned up their work, and did a FANTASTIC job. He's local, knows his trade well, and has a great attitude.

I would vet every subcontractor hired during your project. We spent 70K+ to remodel a kitchen. The overall work was good, however, I've had to spend subsequent money to fix problems from the job. We have to had reinstall wood flooring that was not put in correctly and I've had to hire another plumber to come and fix a bad RO installation. I attempted to reach out to Kyle and his company but received no call back. The electrician he used was outstanding. Don't recall his name but he was really good.

Отличное место для выгрузки,быстро разгружают заехал в 8:30,в 9:00 был пуст,выезжать за ворота задним ходом,но это не проблема,сразу после выезда за ворота есть поворот направо где вы сможете выехать на дорогу

It’s the most terrible service I ever had 🤬😡
-
2 hours waiting time and 1 hour unloading

There are techniques and technology that would improve production and reduce manufacturing costs, thereby reduce pricing and increase sales. RogDS0 Gmail

At the time I was their UPS driver and they were always courteous to me

Horrible front desk service! Deanna was her name, good luck getting a greeting from her. I am sorry for Z Modular to have her as the face of their company. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to leave my information for someone to contact me and she gave me nothing but attitude.
Please note that I am not unhappy with the product, just the service. -
Pretty cool place, modular completed homes with appliances and such that are stacked together in an apartment like setting, loading crew were a pleasure to deal with, in and out in no time
-
People are nice and fast unload about an hour or 2 which is cool but backing in the back is too hard and can’t take any U turn for 53 ft trailer inside facility ! It’s a blind side !

I work for Z-Modular. It is a wonderful opportunity to work for a great business that is essentially up-and-coming, but backed by a parent company with decades in related products. Good pay, excellent benefits and staff that won't be beat. Come join our family.
Update: I no longer work for Z-Modular. I was employed there for just over one year. I may have jumped the gun on writing the initial review. Keep in mind I am a former employee. Also, prior to leaving Z-Modular, I was demoted from FFE Lead, and my wages were cut severely. I readily admit that I did not perform /fulfill my job duties to the satisfaction of the management. Which brings me to the issues as I see them. The management seems to have unrealistic expectations. I say this because they asked for completed mods to be built without the materials to build them with. They constantly had inventory issues.
In my opinion, they should have solidified the processes necessary for successful production prior to increasing speed of production. They also should have secured vendors and products prior to beginning production. Ultimately, I believe the core issues at Z-Modular are within the management. -
They don’t have proper equipment to unload steel tubes here. Takes quite good, for delivery or pickup Your drive IN , but can’t drive out there no space to turn around inside you have to back up & WHY YOU WANT DRIVERS TO PUT TARPS ON LOAD IF YOU ARE STAGING THEM OUTSIDE IN OPEN 🤷♂️

We had an extensive remodel of our primary and guest bathrooms. The project started with a creative design by Shannon. Dan was our project manager who did an outstanding job coordinating the different trades and delivering a quality result. Communication was excellent and the quality of work is superb. We highly recommend the team at Bull Dog.

Bulldog Design was very professional and open to our design needs for a small space. The project was smooth through all phases and we are very happy with our new kitchen! Ernie, Brett, and Shannon were all very responsive to our questions and adjustment requests throughout the project. Would strongly recommend!

Just finished our kitchen/bath/floor remodel and the Bulldog crew did an awesome job start to finish! Brett/Jamie were great, always communicating and easy to work with. Everything came out looking great and couldn't be happier!
