He came over right away to give me his quote, explained what would actually hold up best in Phoenix summers (my other quote did not and told us felt was best) and gave us honest options with clear pricing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael Thooft while remodeling my home in Scottsdale. From pouring the foundation after the plumbing was redone to working with my home owners insurance to get a new roof and everything in between. My home needed a complete floor to ceiling overhaul and Michael and his team made the process seamless all while I was living out of state. He made it easy to conduct our meetings over the phone and via zoom and was always available for any questions I had and did regular check-ins so I was aware of the progress in real time. He was very transparent about costs and always gave me several options for different price ranges/quality for everything he did so I could make the decision that was right for me. Everything he did felt like a partnership and I think it says a lot about Michael’s character that I was able to trust him with such a huge project all while not being able to be there in person. If you want someone dependable, trustworthy, transparent, hardworking and who’s looking out for your best interests then hire Michael for your next project, big or small. I cannot recommend him enough! I basically have a brand new house that I get to enjoy and relax in for decades to come.

We hired this crew to repaint portions of our buildings in our apartment community, and the work felt professional from the first morning. They parked their trailer in a tidy corner of the lot, stacked ladders by height, rolled out clean drop cloths along the walkways, and started taping edges before the sun cleared the roofline. Windows wore crisp blue/orange taped borders.

Metal railings were brushed after a light scuff so the sheen ran even from post to post.

They were not perfect, and that matters because of what happened next. A few months after wrap up, we noticed two small issues. A narrow band under a second floor balcony where the connective point fell loose, and a palm sized bubble on one balcony fascia after a surprise week of rain. We called, and the follow up was simple. They came out and foxed the issue without any fanfare. The balcony got a clean re-caulk and anchored correctly back into its original spot.

No runaround, no surcharge, no “we will have to get back to you.” Just fixed.

Communication stayed steady the whole project. Tenants appreciated that hallways never felt blocked and gates stayed usable during busy hours.

The property looks sharper now. Edges are clean, railings read new instead of tired, and the bondo color holds even in direct sun.

They prepped carefully, painted cleanly, and when small problems surfaced later, they came back and made it right without drama. That kind of follow through is what turns a paint job into a reliable relationship.

K-CO Construction did an excellent job painting our house. They were fast, professional, painstakingly clean, and focused on detail. We especially appreciated Charlie's ability to communicate options and approaches that would positively impact the final product. These people are professionals as is evidenced by their workmanship. They have my highest recommendation.

We needed a guest suite for my mom to move in, and I was worried it would look tacked on. But it flows so well with the rest of the house. The design was thoughtful, and they really seemed to care about getting it right for her. She loves it and that’s what matters most.

Our basement was basically a storage dungeon. No lighting, exposed pipes, cold concrete, just dead space. The team transformed it into a cozy family room with a bathroom, wet bar, and built-in shelves. It’s now the go-to hangout spot for movie nights. Feels like a completely different house. Worth every penny.

We had worked with a few contractors before them and were starting to feel a bit discouraged because they all didn't get us the results we wanted. We found these guys and we are happy we did! They were clear about the process from start to finish with things like permits and design. They also handled a few surprises along the way with total professionalism and kept everything on schedule. We love our new kitchen and are so glad we chose them.

We had an old, warped deck that was falling apart and needed to be completely replaced. The crew came out, helped us design something that better fit our yard, and walked us through different materials. About halfway in, they discovered some water damage under the old deck that hadn’t been visible at first. It could’ve easily turned into a nightmare, but they handled it quickly, explained everything clearly, and adjusted the plan without gouging us on the cost. The new deck looks amazing and feels rock solid. We’ve already hosted two barbecues and couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We had a few custom ideas we weren’t sure would work, but John found a way to bring them to life without going over budget. The attention to detail really stands out, and the final result reflects a deep pride in the team's work. Now our friends and family keep complimenting the transformation of our new bathroom and we love it!

I would not do any business with this man. He does not keep his word! Does bad business deal. Stay away!

Had a great experience with Cwick Commercial Contracting Inc. The team was professional, easy to work with, and communicated clearly throughout the project. Everything was completed on schedule and the quality of work really shows. It’s nice working with a general contractor in Arizona who actually does what they say they’re going to do. Would definitely recommend them for any commercial project.

They have good, caring folks working there. It is worth talking to them for your jobs with roads, underground utilities, sidewalks, etc.

We were going to a friend's house to help move some equipment and turned onto the street to their house but discovered a ""Closed" sign on the street but no detour information so we drove forward towards the workers to find out what the situation was. The man who met us was aggressive and rude. We asked him where the detour was (this was in the South Mountain area and not all the roads go through so it wasn't like we could easily go up to the next block and go around) and his actual response was, "I'm not going to tell you. Do you want me to call the police?" I kid you not. And then he just kept repeating he was going to call the police when we tried to tell him there was no signage to help people at the front of the closure- he didn't want to hear anything. I've never been spoken to like that in my life. We were polite and simply asking for clarification on a situation that they'd failed to make clear by not putting up helpful signage at the front of the closure, which apparently wasn't just confusing to us because he actually said we weren't the only ones who'd driven up this far. I will make sure to never recommend this place to my company. The lack of simple courtesy was appalling.

Austin and Bradley did a wonderful job on our dog run fence. They were on time, friendly and a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
