I had Sanitizing Solutions do grout cleaning for a kitchen and dining area and two baths. The tech was on-time, professional and very knowledgeable and the grout looks new as does the tile. We are very pleased with Sanitizing Solutions and we use them again.

Ariel did such a good job cleaning our couch and love seat, he returned to steam clean all the tile flooring in our home. Our tile had not been professionally cleaned since we installed it 20 years ago! As you can imagine, it definitely showed its wear. Our tile now looks much better! The tile and grout are lighter in color and the house in general just feels cleaner. The cleaning process brightened up the whole house. Well done Ariel, thank you!

Ariel was very friendly, helpful,punctional. He explained, while spraying the treatment on to the carpet. Then he started the steam cleaning process. I was so impressed how through he was cleaning 3 rooms, sectional couch. While he was cleaning the sectional, he removed each cushion and cleaned all around each side. He put 2 cushions in a v leaning next to each other so the air from the fan could dry them faster. I was so pleased how thorough, efficient he was. Thank you for doing an Amazing job. I give Ariel 5***** I highly recommend him. We need to support small businesses.

Long version: I have a circular, orange area rug that was due for a deep clean, so I found Legacy Steamers and Cleaners by searching for rug cleaning services near where I live. I called them up and was offered a same-day appointment, but decided on a better time the next day instead. In the interim between my initial call and my appointment, they communicated with me via text keep me updated on their arrival time, and when they did arrive (on time), they walked me through the steps they were taking to clean my wool rug (which, as an organic fiber, is more susceptible to chemical wear, and needs a modified treatment as a result). The cleaning took only a handful of minutes, during which we had a friendly discussion about Halloween weather. As they wrapped up the treatment of the main orange rug, they shifted over and cleaned a small nearby carpet as a freebie, without having to be asked. Both rugs looked noticeably cleaner afterwards, even while still damp. After they wrapped up the treatments, I was able to pay by card and they were on their way! Thanks Legacy 👍

Ariel was easy work with, responded right away, & cleaned my carpets on short notice. I edited my review after some thought about what transpired. I was quoted a price for for a ‘regular’ cleaning cost but then through discussion of my apartment being in the 4th floor, there would be an extra charge due to the lengthy set up process where the lines were to be run over the balcony to the truck below, and a 2 hr time period was allotted as I was told the set-up would take much longer than the actual cleaning. Instead, when he arrived to do my carpets, Ariel brought his ‘mobile unit’ which didn’t have a special set up, or need to run lines down the 4 stories. The reason for a less than 5 star review is due the lack of business integrity, where the fee should have been reduced back to regular cost. And yes, I still provided a generous tip as I believe in supporting local, small businesses.

I highly recommend Legacy Steamers and Cleaners for anyone looking to maintain and rejuvenate their upholstery furniture. Reliable, trustworthy, all around amazing services! Will be my first call when needing a steam service!
