What a great company with high quality standards. We moved in and didn't realize how stained the grout was. Plus they came on short notice due to another company not showing up. We were in luck as they did fabulous work - happy we found them. They went above and beyond - taking longer to get the service done to make it look great! We will use them again!

I’ve been renting for 4 years. When I moved in I had my carpet cleaned by 2 different carpet cleaners. 1 week apart cause they just couldn’t get the stains out. I gave up on the carpet. This is my last Christmas in this house so I wanted to decorate but wanted clean carpets. So I tried one more time. Naims came to me same day and cleaned my carpet beyond my imagination. I stand behind there service, friendliness and professionalism. They are a 5+ company. Don’t use anyone else. You get what you pay for. I paid for the best. And I got the best.

We bought some used couches that were covered in a white multi-blend cotton fabric that needed cleaning. After calling 3 cleaners no one wanted to touch the job because of the fabric. Kelly came out and spent 3 hours carefully cleaning the fabric. He explained how to take care of the fabric, how to make it dry evenly, and he gave me some spot cleaner.

After the cushions and couch were dry we put them back together and couldn't be happier! They look like brand new and we get lots of compliments about them.

Kelly was the only one that would take on the job. He gave us all the warnings about how sensitive the fabric was before we decided to go forward with the cleaning. We trust Naims Steamers and Kelly with all our cleaning needs now. Thanks Kelly!

Love love love the work they did with my carpet. It practically looks brand new. Kelly took his time and made sure every inch of carpet was treated and steamed. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!! Definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!!

I had just purchased a fixer upper home with extremely dirty carpet and a couple of overstuffed lounge chairs that were in good shape. I couldn't afford to replace at this time and so I called Naims to see what they could do. When Kelly finished cleaning everything, I stood there just amazed. The carpet and chairs looked perfectly new! All the spots and matted down areas could no longer be seen. My carpet and chairs came out so soft and the original colors came through. I highly recommend Naims. They do live up to their reputation of being the best.

Kelly is the BEST!!! My two little daughters said "He is so nice!" and that alone says a lot. He not only got the SLIME stains out of carpet, he was able to turn the water on to the house when it was already turned off by city, and in addition because he is just a nice guy....helped my husband move a desk into our truck when we were moving because he didn't want a woman doing the hard work of lifting. Top notch customer service and a very kind, and traditional man who clearly works HARD and does it with a smile.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He was flexible and patient with me since I was coming from a long way and very accommodating. The work quality was awesome! I thought for sure the carpet would need to be replaced but he got in there and made it look like new! He is my number one choice for floor cleaning in The Valley!

I hired Naims cleaners to do carpet cleaning and stretch out some loose carpet at my old home for move-out and they did an amazing job. Kelly was awesome to work with and was able to get me scheduled on really short notice. Will definitely be using Naims again.

Kelly's carpet & tile company (Naims) was exceptional from the start. All procedures were checked carefully & explained. His dedication to have the customer satisfied is his goal. Best cleaning in many years & will be using him again.

Kelly pulled a classic bait and switch con move on me. I was quoted me $.30-$.40 cents per square foot on the phone for grout cleaning. When Kelly was finished he billed me at $.80 per square foot. He did great work but I cannot recommend this shady practice. Stay far away.

I needed someone to steam clean the tiles on a fixer upper before tenants moved in on a last minutes notice. Kelly was able to fit this in his schedule. He was on time and had great communication. Very knowledgeable and unbelievable results. The tiles are beautiful and clean. Very happy with his work and highly recommend him to others. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly went above and beyond in helping us! Very fair and honest pricing. He came with a job to only clean the tile for our new rental the day before we moved in. When he arrived he and I noticed the carpet was still wet from cleaning 5 days prior and smelled musty. He said he could redo it for us and even moved another job to do it. He cleaned the carpets and tile in the entire house and the carpet was dry the next day for our move. Kelly even went about and beyond to offer (several times) a helping hand if I needed to move anything heavy. I would highly recommend him and his company! Thank you so much! Kelly cleaned our carpets last week and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very professional and explained each step of the process as he went along as well as provided estimations for when he would be finished. Our carpets were in pretty rough shape after having potty trained 2 puppies in the past 2 years but, Kelly got them back into pristine condition. The carpets are beautifully clean and the whole house both smells and feels fresh as when we first moved in. I would highly recommend Naims and Kelly for your technician.
