I called for tile and grout cleaning and they said they could be home in 45 minutes, which they actually were. The floors had years of buildup, but they managed to restore the original shine beautifully. Every grout line looks refreshed and much lighter now. The technician was polite and explained everything clearly. I’m really impressed with how clean and bright my kitchen looks again.

Prompt, courteous, professional company that is hard to find in this day and age. Technician was extremely efficient, performed the job in an expeditious manner and left no mess behind whatsoever. For those of you you need a good cleaning of your carpets please be advised truck mount steam cleaning is the only way to have it done. It removes all the debris, stains and the like... from your carpets and they drive it away in their truck. Life doesn't get any better than that!!

Fantastic service with wonderful results for our home's carpet and tile. We have used USA Carpet Care for the past 8 years and they have always exceeded our expectations.

USA Carpet Care & 24 Hr Flood Service really saved us. We had a waterheater broke and the lead managed to get into two of the closest bedroom. We managed to drain the heater but there was still possible water damage.

We called Mark and Bianca and they came through in a pinch and took the time to assess possible damage and use up-to-date tech to ensure mold did not take hold. Over the next few days, they returned to ensure that moisture collecting was taking place and that water damage was minimum.

The company we hired to install another water heater (through home depot) told us we should get a "restoration company" to rip out the walls and redo a lot of work. Mark did us a solid and referred us to a local handyman that installed the water heater, a drip tray, and a drain (to ensure it wouldn't happen again (and at a fraction of the cost).

I have been extremely happy with the services from USA Carpet Care every single time they have come to clean my carpets! The first time my dog got sick and they not only cleaned the stains completely but also deodorized the carpet and got rid of All the Stink! The second time they were able to get bright blue icing from my son's birthday party cupcakes that had been smeared into my cream colored carpet! That was a miracle! Then this last week I had company coming in town and I just needed my house to be fresh - Mark and his crew made my floors look brand new and were so quick and efficient!
