My AZ Cleaning Company came highly recommended by the previous owners of our house when we bought/moved in. That was ~3 years ago, and we've been dazzled by their service ever since! Reggie and the team are wonderfully friendly and professional. Reggie is incredibly responsive via text for any questions / concerns. We always get a text from him to confirm timing the day before our cleaning, and we have never (not once!) been cancelled on. That kind of consistency is difficult to find!! Not to mention- our house always looks fabulous when they are done. I truly can't say enough good things about this business and would recommend to anyone in the East valley looking for a reliable, friendly cleaning service.

Reggie and his team did a wonderful job in my home. With very short notice, they were able to give my home a thorough clean and the home was spotless. I will definitly use My AZ Cleaning Company again. Update 4/2/24-I continue to use AZ Cleaning and the service continues to exceed expectations. I had a last minute additional request and the team took care of it. I highly recommend AZ Cleaning!!

Reg and his team are very professional and thorough. My new office looked like a dump after a flood and months of dust from not having a clean by the previous occupants. Within 2 hours, everything was spotless and in order. The bathrooms were smelling like normal again and our floors were restored. Great response time, fair pricing, and very respectful.

Reggie and his team did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. I am a single mom with two teenage kids, two dogs and an additional two teenagers living here for the past several months. Between that and a demanding work schedule, my house really got out of control. Reggie was great with communication, didn't judge the state that my house was in and my house was spotless after him and his team finished! I couldn't find one thing that they missed or that was not sparkling clean! Thank you Reggie and team! Looking forward to a clean house moving forward with monthly service. What a great experience! My AZ Cleaning performed a Deep cleaning on our large office that has been neglected for the past couple years. Even our employees were impressed with what an awesome job they did! Nice, courteous people who took their job seriously. I highly recommend their services!

The team was not only incredibly friendly but they asked what they could do to really help me during the walk through. The house was more spotless then when I first moved in and their attention to detail was more than I anticipated. As soon as my husband saw the windows and the sliding door tracks spotless he knew I hired a crew to do the work and was so impressed he couldn’t say no to them coming back. If you hire them it will be worth its weight in gold. The sanity and time it’s given back to me is immeasurable. Thank you ❤️

Was able to use this company to handle my cleaning for a move out and I’m so glad I did! They were able to handle all of the cleaning including the carpets which was a big plus so I didn’t have to hire another company. The place smelled amazing when they were done and they don’t charge an arm and leg. Definitely recommend them.

I've had Rene and his team clean multiple homes I've lived in. They always do a great job, and for a fair price. Rene himself is a kind man running a small business, and really seems to care about his work and the people he interacts with.

I’m changing my review to 1 star after my latest experience. Was told that someone would be at my place today at noon for a walk-through and to get a quote for a clean on Tuesday. Nobody showed up and received no communication that they would be late or couldn’t make it, so I was just waiting around. Contacted them at 1:00 and didn’t hear back - finally got a response 8 hours later saying they can come tomorrow. No thanks you wasted my time all day today!

Updating to 4 stars as I ended up finding more places they missed cleaning. Overall the job was done well but they didn’t clean inside one of the bathroom vanities, missed 1 window, left a lot of streaks on some of the other windows and missed one of the fans. Overall they did pretty good and the price was very fair so will leave at 4 stars

Beware of these housekeepers! I had a very similar experience to Dawn Lofgren. If you’re lucky one will speak English and it’s broken at best, even if you use a translating app, they still might choose not to listen. I have health issues and a lot of trouble moving so housekeeping is very difficult and I am unable to vacuum and clean things up high and change my sheets. I used this Housekeeping Company a while back when I had an Airbnb and, they were really good, I had to inspect and keep on top of them, but the owner always sent people back if needed. However, when it came to my personal space it was very different. This time around, she was extremely concerned that I leave a review and I asked her to give me the name of her company in order for me to do so and nothing so I didn’t. They were hired to vacuum my home, one bedroom and furniture because I have dogs, dust ceiling fans, and change my sheets. The first time was OK, but it was good enough and I didn’t want to find someone new. The second time was amazing, four girls showed up and did an amazing job. The third time the first two girls came again and I wanted her to put a mattress cover on top of a mattress cover and not change it out. She had a ton of trouble understanding, so I used a translation app and then she said said she understood. I was almost certain immediately they did not vacuum my couch, where my dogs primarily lay, but whatever I knew the floors were really dirty. Then I realize they didn’t change out my comforter cover and just put the new one over the dirty one. I text her immediately and said she needed to send someone back to fix it because I’m physically unable to do that and she did not answer. I do not have a third comforter cover and would not be able to provide a clean one if that was not fixed. As Dawn stated I feel I was taking advantage of because of my physical condition. I could’ve had something stolen, but honestly, I just would not notice nor do I have anything of value out. If you must, use this company for one or two times and it might be great or just OK(bc they want a positive review) but anything after that it’s not going to be worth the money or your time. Be wary of this company! Honestly, today I feel you have to be wary of almost every company because quality is quickly diminishing.

Fantastic experience with this company. They did a great job with a deep clean! Cost more than quoted by about 50.00, but they were worth it! Definitely will have them out again.
