I have been using The Cleaning Authority ever since I moved here in January 2019. They have never disappointed me. The office staff is great, and very helpful. The cleaning crews always do an excellent job. My whole house sparkles when they are done.

I restarted service today and when I returned home I couldn’t believe how fantastic the house looked. I’m so happy to have them back.

I love the ladies who came to my house today. They did a good and thorough job.

Just had our home cleaned again by The Cleaning Authority. They do an AWESOME job and are very professional. Never thought I’d find anyone to clean my home as I would do it and to my expectations, but they DO! Highly recommend!!!

I was very happy/pleased with how they cleaned. Cleaned blinds that had not been addressed in the past. 👍 Also liked the time of day they arrived, hope we can keep that time slot. The ladies Erica and Raven worked continuously and were very nice and courteous.

Overpriced and once they get your wallet they stop caring about quality cleans. They try to wow you with the first deep clean and then the quality goes down. I had sent two separate complaints about lack of good service and the last clean they did
was the same low quality clean. I’m really disappointed, especially based on how expensive they are. I would stay away. With minimal research I found a lot better/cheaper companies.

The girls did a very fine job. Always happy when cleaning day comes cause the house seems so nice when they’re done. 😊

We used this company for over two years and were mostly satisfied with their service. The breaking point was when we had a set of plantation shutters completely fall down and break into pieces while being dusted by cleaners. We open and closed these same shutters daily with no issues- so the fact that they fell down with such force, also damaging our dining room table is so upsetting. The company did absolutely NOTHING to reimburse us for the cost of the broke shutters or damaged table. Do not recommend ever using this company.

First cleaning with East Valley Cleaning Authority, after working with another company for about a year. Wonderful job, floors look great, items moved with care. Sigh of relief to come home to a clean house.

Great first cleaning! A few spots were missed on baseboards and window wells but a few in the overall scheme of 3700 sft is fine. First deep cleaning was $501 which was more than I expected but the first cleaning is hourly and typical of the industry. Every two weeks will be $215 which is a steal. I did ask for the couch and ottoman to be the extra items because we have a constantly shedding dog and I still had dog hair up and down my leggings last night. Had hoped that would’ve produced a better result. Overall was really more like a 4.3. Plan to continuing using this service as it was a very solid start.

We get our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority every two weeks, and each time the team sent does a fantastic job. I appreciate their app as well because it keeps me updated on my schedule, the following areas they'll focus on, and updates when the day's team is en route to my home. It's a good experience and good value for the money.

First time using this company. Overall, I am pleased but they missed a few things. They didn't dust and clean my bar or use the wood oil I gave them to use on any of my wood furniture. It was to be a deep clean, but they could use improvement.

As a cleaning authority long time customer, I am very satisfied with their service by Valerie, Ruth, Dawn and others. The cleaning services are reliable and thorough no matter I am at home or away. When I walked in the freshly cleaned house, my tiring day was over right away!

Update 9-11-25: I have been using The Cleaning Authority bi-weekly for almost 18 months and am still very happy with the quality of their services. The 2-person cleaning teams are efficient and always respond well to input and requests. The office and management are also very responsive. I would highly recommend their services!

First time clean today and have to say I was very happy with the results. The gals cleaning were very pleasant and accommodating. Was not aware until mid clean that an inspector was coming to see how they did which I’m sure adds to the cost, but also reassurance.
The products they use are safe and have very little odor, which I was happy about. Will be having them return.

The Cleaning Authority came to my house for the initial clean on 2/8/24. In their “agreement”, they estimated that initial cost would be $305, based upon other homes with similar square footage. I did not tell them until after they arrived they that they would not need to clean the two hall bedrooms.
Two women arrived at 1:00 and proceeded to start upstairs. They were both upstairs cleaning for nearly two hours, almost half the time they were there. This is noteworthy because they had a third cleaner come in to assist with downstairs. Needed more time to clean then estimated. 50% more time?! Laughable!
The final charge for the initial clean was $507, hardly the $305 they quoted! This after two bedrooms were excluded. I have read several otter reviews with similar initial experience. A pattern?
To add insult to injury, they missed all kinds of things . See pictures attached:
1) broke wood blinds and did not notify me.
They finally agreed to pay for repair by excluding cost from next clean. That was an “estimate” so I have no idea what they plan to charge me. It doesn’t matter because there will not be a next clean!

2) did not even attempt to clean master shower(see pic). When I asked the cleaner why it hadnt been cleaned, I was told I have to go back to the travertine seller and see what “special” cleaner is necessary. What???!!!. Did not clean hall bathroom tub as well.

3) did not touch the ceiling fan in the Master. They do one bedroom upstairs and didn’t touch the ceiling fan!

4)Wouid not use a pumice stone to clean toilets.

5) neglected to clean large pictures(dust in glass). See pictures.

6) Missed dust on open shelves(see pic).

This is NOT a serious cleaning company. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their service is terrible. Invite them into your home at your own risk!

This company is extremely frustrating. They give a lot of lip service but very little follow through with what they say they are going to do. The first four photos is how the house was left after the “deep clean” where you are charged extra that was supposed to clean everything very thoroughly. The last photo is after I cleaned the kitchen cabinet handle just to show that it can actually be cleaned.
I have made numerous calls to this company, i use this company because I am trying to assist an elderly home bound person…… I always get the same response, we’ll make a note of it and get it next time. But that never happens. This last time they didn’t even take out the trash so now it has to sit there for 2 weeks. I have asked them to make another trip out to specifically do these things. I am still awaiting a call from the supervisor. I know it’s a hard job, and I know employees are hard to find. Actually, the majority of the staff that have been to the house have been very polite. There seems to be a huge disconnect on communication and follow through. For the prices they charge they need to deliver more.

Sake and Mari Ann just completed an excellent initial cleaning of my apartment!! They got everything, down to the spots on cabinets and smudges of dust on baseboards. Very professional, competent, and friendly! I used TCA for many years when I had my house. I am pleased to be working with them again!

This cleaning company is fantastic! The crews are always so friendly and do an excellent job. It’s such a great feeling walking into a spotless house going into the weekend. Highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job! And I arrived home early and the women who cleaned were very professional and pleasant to speak with.

We’ve been using Carole’s Cleaning for a couple of years. They do a really good job. Price is reasonable. Jace and Alexa do a fantastic job.
