I had Mintly come out to clean up my mother's home, and I was beyond satisfied. She has a hard time getting around and cleaning up, so it was definitely not an easy job. I had called to a few other services and after explaining the situation, they wanted to charge me almost double what Mintly was able to come out for. I worked with the owner Terry, and he was beyond professional and understanding of my situation. The crew came out when they said they would, completed the job sooner than I was initially quoted, and did a FANTASTIC job. I was even able to set up a monthly cleaning service with them to avoid another big cleaning job. Highly recommend Mintly!!

Overall experience is good. 5 stars for the team of Kaele and Juan today. Did a great job and they were both friendly and respectful- including to ask me to check everything out before they left! Kudos to them and I wish I could guarantee them for future cleanings!

Overall the company lost a star just because the teams sent aren’t consistent and their app is clunky at best. (They say the window for the cleaning is visible there but it’s not really until the day of…Which might start at 7am so I find myself having to remember to check it at 6:30 so I know when to expect and can plan accordingly given we work from home. They also say that you will get a text with a 30 min heads up as to when the team will arrive- today it was perfect but sometimes the text is really a 10 min heads up or doesn’t come at all.)

Their customer service has been overall good when needed. Price is competitive.

I spoke to Paris- he was so lovely! Answered all my questions for move out and move in cleaning. He went above and beyond explaining what the service covers. I couldn’t be happier and I am looking forward to the services!

Their were three cleaners today for my second visit, they were very good AND fast. Wish I had them on my first visit.
My third visit was good, I had the same girls Ericia & Lisa, they knew what had to be done and finished in a reasonable time.

Lena, Mady, and Emma came over today and cleaned our entire house. They did an excellent job. As a team, they were quick and efficient. Our house feels brand new! This was our first time using cleaning authority and we will definitely be utilizing their services again!

The Cleaning Authority is amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They showed up when they were supposed to and did an extremely thorough cleaning job. They offered a walk through at the end just to make sure I was satisfied. My house hasn’t looked this good in years!

I love when I see Theresa is on the team. Today I was introduced to Jo as her team mate. Teresa and Jo are over the top fabulous! They are professional, personable, and thorough. They don’t hesitate to ask question's when needed and treat my home and furnishings with great care, Thank you for the outstanding service.

Always a great experience. The first couple of times was a bit rough but now it’s going great. I want to make sure that the staff that has cleaned the last couple of times gets there extra tip from this promotion. So Erica, Valentine, Alyssa did a great job and then, Teresa & Kanye have come & also have done a great job! They all have come in the month of April and they all deserve the recognition of Employees appreciation month and the bonus. Thank you very much! ✝️

Update: And I have to give recognition to Erica. For the initial clean her and her team worked longer than expected and made me cry tears of joy when they were done. Like the trooper she is she came back today and once again has left me speechless!!! Thank you Cleaning Authority and an extra thank you to Erica and her team!!!

Absolutely love The Cleaning Authority! I am very picky about the cleaning of my house and it was hard for me to give it to someone else. My daughter begged me to give them a try because it's getting harder and harder for me to get the job done due to my fibromyalgia. I must say I wish I would've given in a long time ago. They do an amazing job from top to bottom. I've tried to find places that only I would've cleaned but to my amazement they got it. I now get to enjoy my clean house from room to room without causing myself more pain. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Super impressed with my first cleaning service! The scheduling, appointment and results have me looking forward to this partnership. I walked into a squeaky clean house and didn’t see a single dusty or untouched spot.

First time using this company. But, have to say I was very impressed with the company long before the three ladies came today. The company was very "hands-on" regarding my needs with introductory phone calls, texts and emails. They wanted to completely understand the scope of the work I needed before setting up the initial cleaning appointment. The three ladies were extremely professional and a manager even came afterwards to inspect their work. My next appointment has already been set for three weeks. Would highly recommend this company.

The late afternoon does not work for me.(3pm) I would like a 11-12 window. I can change days if necessary.

Different crew cleans each time. Quality depends on crew. The first couple of times were great, then next 2 times were not good. First they didn’t dust or change linens, and they put clean linens folded up in the laundry. They also dislodged a baseboard which I found laying in the floor. The crew later returned and forgot a cleaning bottle. Another time they charged me for cleaning my fridge but it didn’t get cleaned.
They will come back and re do the clean but it has to be within 24 hours. I called within that time, but had family coming into town the next day so that wasn’t going to be convenient. They wouldn’t refund or come a different day. Had to clean myself even though they charged me.

The cleaning crew was on time and very polite and professional as they went about their cleaning duties. They did a great job of cleaning our entire house and I wished we had hired them earlier… great job guys!

First cleaning! Very thorough! The cleaners were easy to talk to and polite. Sasha and Trinity did a great job! I felt comfortable having them in my home.

The Cleaning Authority admin team did a fantastic job when a family heirloom was accidentally damage during a cleaning. This is the first time I have hired a professional company outside of independent contractors. I was concerned the insurance coverage they offer was going to be a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised. The admin team made the repair and payment a breeze. Damage can happen when you have someone else cleaning your home. Cleaning Authority took swift and accurate care and I greatly appreciate everyone’s efforts. I will be a customer for a long time if this type of customer service keeps up.

Very pleased with The Cleaning Authority. They have cleaned my home for over a year....probably more. Office response to queries is excellent. Also, shout our to Sonja! I appreciate that she can be part of each monthly service.

Monica and Ashly did a great job cleaning our home on 12 1 25. We were pleased with how the team worked together so efficiently. They left our house clean, neat and orderly. We highly rerommend "The Cleaning Athority" for all your cleaning needs.

I wish I could give The Cleaning Authority zero stars. We signed a six-month contract based on a recommendation from my mom, who had good experiences with them. We scheduled a deep cleaning for the day before our movers were set to arrive, hoping to have a clean home to move into. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake.

The cleaning crew was there longer than estimated and even brought in an additional person, yet when we walked into the house, the only thing that appeared to have been done was vacuuming the carpeted rooms. There were dead bugs everywhere, dirt, dust, hair, and noticeable marks in the sink and on the oven. I can't understand how they could take so long and do so little.

When we called to address the situation, they initially offered to send a crew out that same day to fix the issues, but then called back to say that wouldn't be possible. Their next suggestion was to come the following day, which was completely unworkable since our movers would be there. We explained that we needed the cleaning done that day, and when it became clear that they couldn't accommodate us, we requested a refund and to cancel our contract.

We were told no refund would be issued. Instead, we had to pay the full price of $296 for a cleaning that was never performed and a $150 cancellation fee. They later "discounted" the cleaning and waived the cancellation fee, acting as if they were doing us a favor. When my husband called back, he was told to "take it to Yelp" when he expressed our dissatisfaction. Here we are :)

After several frustrating days and my mom even reaching out on our behalf, the owner finally called her back. He acknowledged the unacceptable condition of our home after seeing the photos we sent and agreed to refund us the $296. While he ultimately made things right, the damage was done. We will never use or recommend this company to anyone and will actively warn others against them. We ended up cleaning our house ourselves until midnight that night, having to purchase cleaning supplies since ours were packed. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for cleaning services.

I’ve been using Cleaning Authority for 4+ years now. They make scheduling easy and are very accommodating and friendly. I have a 3500 SF house and the crew is in and out within 2 hours. Efficient and get the job done.
And I love the fact that the hard workers that do the cleaning are appreciated enough to get benefits and time off. I’ll pay a little extra for that.
