Paula and her teams have been cleaning our large home weekly for 14 years. They do an excellent job, are very reliable, are people we are happy to have working in our home, and we’ve never once had a question of trust in all these years. Had Paula's Professional Cleaning do a thorough move out cleaning of my apartment. Paula was very friendly and able to get me scheduled on very short notice (2 days), while all the other services couldn't. Paula was in contact with me the day before to confirm the appointment. Nice. The cleaning crew arrived on time and were all wearing face masks, which I very much appreciate. They did a very thorough cleaning of practically everything surface in my apartment in ~2.5 hours. They also cleaned windows inside and outside, blinds, lights, sockets, baseboard, sliding door tracks, patio and the front door inside and outside. Price was reasonable for the service they provided. I highly recommend this company.

I don't know how my experience is so different from these reviews. I had an awful experience. At the time, I was trying to get my house cleaned since I had a parasite outbreak with my foster kittens. I showed where I really needed cleaning, mostly on the low part of walls where the kittens may have been scratching on the walls where their litter boxes where and the parasite could still be active. I pointed out all these areas but NONE where even wiped down like I asked. Of course, out of the three "cleaners", only one spoke English, and I was never told the spots where I needed cleaned would be a problem. I was very sick with the same parasite and was going to the doctor later that day, despite my PPE I would wear to clean, I still got sick. The did ask if the upstairs was satisfactory and it did seem okay but I was very weak/sick at the time that I think they took advantage of that. I STRESSED that the areas I pointed out were more important than dusting my figurines, etc over and over. When they were done with the very short cleaning of being a "deep clean" (only there about 1.5 hrs) and over priced service, I noticed the next day that my stopper in my sink was missing! Since they left the trash in the garage for me to throw out (is that normal?), I went through it and found the broken stopper for the sink, MANY personal papers with sensitive info on them, a broken figurine that was personally precious to me all in the trash they left without telling me any of this. They also stole my PineSol (empty bottle in bag that was full and now empty) and a few months later, two silver turquoise rings in the jewelry box that were stolen. I texted Paula saying that we needed to speak to her about her employees. I texted back the next day and zero response from her. I filled out a small claims court, sent the papers certified mail to her home and not only did she NOT return my texts or call but she ignored the certified mail I sent. I am out about $500 because of her company. I only went with this person since my realtor that I love and trusted, recommended her to me.

Tables were left with dust. Tile floors not clean. Carpets not vacuumed well. Window shelves not wiped. Countertops carelessly wiped. Nothing about this cleaning was satisfactory. One star is not appropriate.

My wife has been having a tough time with our current pregnancy and had been dealing with depression so I ask Jireh cleaners to do a general cleaning in hopes of taking some weight off her shoulders.

They went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND. So much so that my wife came home and instantly started crying tears of joy! They did so much more than we asked and at such an affordable price! Will definitely book again and I highly recommend you do so as well!

Lupita and her people came highly recommended by a friend who also has a larger home (>3000sf). We’ve had multiple other cleaners in the past that were “ok”. Lupita came by for the first time today with 3 other people and did a fantastic job. They really did a good clean- opened and cleaned the wood shutters, cleaned the entire sliding glass door (covered in mastiff drool), they wiped down the whole couch, cleaned the ceiling fans... Super impressed. And for a decent price. I’ll keep updating this review as time goes on but first impression is fantastic.

Amazing service and great attention to detail. I have dogs and a son so it’s a never ending battle in my house. The cleaners were friendly and efficient, will definitely book again.
