My crew from The Cleaning Authority did a great job on my home today. They were efficient, polite, and their work was exceptional! I especially liked how this company will do a rotational deep clean of specific areas of the home during each cleaning visit. My husband and I both work from home and they easily worked around us without interference.

Lena, Elijah and Vivian arrived at 8:15 AM to do an initial clean so they paid attention to all areas. They were pleasant and professional. They got right to work. They were here about 2 hours. They did a great job as a thorough cleaning had not been done for some time. They fixed paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex as it would be in a hotel. Looking forward to further visits to maintain the look of home being thoroughly cleaned as they rotate the areas for more thorough cleaning each visit.

I have my home cleaned every three weeks. This group works with my ever-changing schedule beautifully. They are dependable and thorough, and they are well trained.

I hired this company for a move-out cleaning, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I provided a detailed list of tasks that started with dusting, sweeping, and mopping, but those basic items were not completed. Several areas of the home were left dirty, and it was clear that the checklist had not been followed.

When I reached out to express my concerns, both the staff and the owner were rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or offering to make things right, the owner made a disrespectful remark, saying that my house “never looked like it had ever been cleaned.” That comment was completely unnecessary and highly unprofessional.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for a move-out service where attention to detail matters most. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking quality work or respectful customer service.

First cleaning was fantastic! Went downhill from there. Most recent cleaning left streaks in my kitchen cabinets. Initially, they seemed willing to address the issue but eventually said “we tested all our products and didn’t get any streaks.” They weren’t interest in working with me to resolve the issue. I simply said I’d like to discontinue my service and they had no problem closing my account. Most places would want to work with keeping a customer. They didn’t.

I hired them to deep clean my empty home prior to selling. They did the absolute bare minimum and even charged me for an additional hour. They did not clean any appliances, windows, light switches, shelves, and several other items. What I was even more disappointed in is how poor the customer service was when I brought this to their attention. I received no apology or any sort of offer to reconcile the situation. I am now having to hire another company to clean what they failed to.

This has only been our third cleaning with The Cleaning Authority, and so far not too bad. The crew is always very polite and friendly. Cleaning for the most part has gone well, there's only been a few overlooked areas. Personally for me, I'd like things that were moved to clean the area, to go back where it was. This was not the case at the last visit; I basically had to go throughout the home and put things back in place. We'll see how it goes the next few months.

Took their time cleaning and made sure everything was good before they left. I highly recommend.
