USA Carpet Care did an amazing job!
Their team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. My carpets look brand new, and the whole house smells fresh and clean. They removed stains I thought would never come out! I tried booking a home cleaning, but it was nearly impossible to get a response. After several attempts, I finally got through, only to be met with rude and unprofessional service. If they’re too busy to take on new clients, they should at least communicate better instead of ignoring calls.

I have two large malamute dogs and a home that is filled with antiques and accessories. So, it's NOT the easiest place to clean! I read another review on Nextdoor about this company so decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the result, and have hired them weekly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

Had My AZ Cleaning Co come out to do a pre- spring cleaning at my home. When I called to set an appointment Robert was polite and was very accommodating with my schedule. They showed up on time and the staff was professional. She did an awesome job cleaning from top to bottom. When I say she didn’t miss a thing I mean it honestly. My home feels fresh and clean. I wasn’t expecting this great of service it’s changed my plans of just having them out occasionally to I’ve already scheduled them to come out again. You won’t be disappointed.

Reggie and crew have cleaned my homes in Mesa and Scottsdale for the past 3+ years and I’ve always been 110% satisfied. They have cleaned for move-ins and move-outs as well as for pre-sale cleaning. The Crew cleans my home on an every 3rd week schedule and will come in-between when needed. The owner of this company was very responsive and amazingly accurate at the number of hours it would take to have 2 homes clean. The cleaners were punctual, and made the homes sparkling clean for our move out walk through. Many times you hire cleaners and they give you a low quote only to end up paying way more money than anticipated or they don't do a good job. You don't have to worry about that with this company. Highly recommend!

I was referred to My AZ Cleaning Company through a very close friend at the beginning of 2022 and we have been using their service for just under 2 years. I truly can’t say enough good about them.

Reggie, the owner/manager came out at a scheduled time and did a full walk through and asked what specific concerns I had, regarding the house cleaning. I communicated specific needs and he wrote everything down room by room. Shortly after, we scheduled our first cleaning session. The team he sent out was here for easily 6+ hours. They did the most amazing job!!! Base boards, blinds, windows, and every crack and crevice that I would never have thought about!!! It was the cleanest I’ve EVER seen my house.

I decided to schedule a once a month service because I do not have a high volume of people or kids in my home. Reggie told me they come every 28 days. On those scheduled days he gives me advance notice via text, and I take my dogs and leave for a few hours so they can easily get things done. At least 4-5 of the sweetest, kindest, most hard working women come out and are cleaning for about 2-2.5 hours. When they are done they lock the door, and leave. I come home to a house as clean as it was the first time.

The attention to detail is absolutely phenomenal, and the service does not lack
or become any less over time. They empty all my trash cans, scrub the showers, make beds, and my absolute FAVORITE small touch, the ends of my toilet paper are folded! I don’t know why that makes me so happy, but it’s something little that I look forward to after every visit.

They are so friendly when they are here. They do an exceptional job of cleaning. We love how the house smells afterwards and how they dust our front wooden shutters. We have a cat so I wanted to make sure they were using eco friendly cleaning solutions so our cat wouldn’t have any issues after they cleaned. The cat has had no issues following their cleanings. I looked at bigger cleaning companies but wanted to support a local company. Their work ethic is tremendous. I would highly recommend them.
