Quoted 77 dollars on phone and if carpets are really dirty 125 dollars. When Kelly came he said he could not clean today as it will take 3 hours and cost 375 dollars. Beware what they quote.

I just moved and had my previous residence carpet cleaned by Naims Steamers and the outcome was exceptional and the price was great too, I gotta say there was a little extra fee for heavy stains but it was worth it, even with this extra fee it was still the best price I got quoted for. I’m sorry I didn’t tip you but I didn’t have cash available, you deserved it, all I can give you is my gratitude for such a great service.

Naims carpet cleaning IS a Total UpSell Rip off - Quoted us $100 and Provided a $286 Bill AFTER the work was done.....Paid this guy and asked him to LEAVE my house. $99 quoted = $ 286 bill AFTER hes done = Pure CON Job....and he showed up almost 1 hour late
