I was so thrilled to find out about J & M Inc. It was so easy to schedule an appointment with Liz, who was friendly and clear on my options. Roy and Alex showed up promptly at our scheduled time. friendly, kind & very knowledgeable.

Everybody at J&M was great to work with after a leaking toilet flooded half the 1st floor. Good communication, on time, and the guys doing the work--Roy and Alex--were professional, knowledgable, and super helpful in keeping us informed on what was going on and what was being done for the best outcome. Their efforts saved us the hassle of having to deal with replacing a set cabinets! Cleaned up after themselves and left no trace. Salud!

Alex and Roy did a fantastic job! It was quite fast as the process took an hour to hour and half. The guys and Liz answered all of our questions and seem to be very knowledgeable! I will be using their duct cleaning services again.

I have been using J&M INC. for three years for carpet, tile, and vent cleaning. They have always done such a fantastic job. They are always on time and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They cleaned our tile floors and a large area rug - floors look good but only gave them one star because of the overwhelming chemical smell and visible residue on the rug from the product that they use. We opened the window, ran the air purifier and waited a few days to call them, hoping the smell would diminish - it didn't. I appreciate that Liz was very nice when I explained the problem and she told me that most people like the smell. They were gracious enough to come out again to steam clean and the smell got somewhat better on the tile, but we have thrown out the area rug because it still smells of the solvent. We had them clean our air ducts a few years ago and would definitely recommend them for that service but NOT tile and rug cleaning.

I moved to a 36 year old house and not knowing the construction history or the homeowners cleaning routine of the dryer vent , and fearing a fire in my new home purchase, I contacted J & M. It was frightening the amount of fuzz and material debris (bags) they sucked out of my dryer vent! I can now use my dryer without worry of fire and it’s amazing how quickly my clothes dry now with a cleaner vent! If you’re looking for a thorough job and piece of mind, call Jim or Liz for vent cleaning, or mold remediation, they are experts in their field. I have used them for 20+ years and highly recommend them!

Nice to have a couple of years worth of dust removed.

Great experience with J& M Inc. Arrived exactly on time. Did a completely thorough job of cleaning all our vents. Covered up our TV. Did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward and did some excellent sealing around largest return. Replaced our filter too with a brand new one. Have used them at four separate homes and will definitely use them again!

This service is wonderful, it’s only been a couple days but my allergies already have lessened and my house even smells better and cleaner! Alix and Roy are amazing guys! Very personable and professional. They have great attention to detail and work ethic. I highly recommend everyone getting their air ducts cleaned.

Alex and Roy performed very professionally while cleaning out our dryer vent. They explained exactly what they would be doing as they went along. They showed me before and after pictures when they were done. There was not a speck of dust in my laundry room and the whole process took approx 30 minutes. Copper Tree Mechanical is great - one of our AC units went out they were able to show up same day and had us back up and running in a jiffy!

They know what they are doing, fixed the installers errors. They know Bosch A/C units which most do not. Friendly and through and reasonable rates
