Absolutely great service! I needed some new parts for my AC unit. He showed up the day I called and didn’t charge an arm and leg for the parts. Very professional when it came to what I needed to get done and didn’t come up with other fake issues just so he could get the commission for the job. Friendly service and veteran owned which I’m always happy to support. If you have any issues with your AC unit or plumbing I’d choose him over the big corporate owned businesses that over charge for poor service. I’ll be going to him for all my home needs from now on.

My water filter system wasn't working properly. It had very low water pressure. Called Ball Brothers, and he figured out what the problem was right away. He replaced the tank and didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. Very Professional,

Ball Brothers were referred to me by a friend. I had 4 quotes for a 5 ton unit and they came up with the best price by far. But that's not why I choose them. I picked them over the other three because they were professional, down to earth and straight with me. They showed up on time, worked hard in the heat and did some very clean work. This has been the best experience with any HVAC company I have dealt with. They were able to come to my house in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue quickly. They included me in every step of the diagnosis. My unit was 20 years old. Extremely honest and friendly. They started the removal the same day and installed and finished the next day.
