Desert Oasis came to our rescue when our AC went out in the middle of July. They were quick to come out to evaluate the problem, quick to get the part needed and complete the repairs. The technician was so friendly and polite. We could tell he really cared that our family was without AC and how stressful that situation can be. Our AC is working better than before!

Our HVAC unit is fairly new, and we wanted to make sure it lasts as long as possible. A neighbor suggested duct cleaning as part of regular maintenance. I’m glad we did it not only were the ducts cleaner afterward, but the technicians also spotted and sealed a small leak in one of the lines that was wasting energy. Their attention to detail saved us money and probably extended the life of our system.

We noticed a strange burnt smell every time we turned the heat on. I thought maybe the furnace was malfunctioning, but the duct cleaning team explained it was buildup around the blower and heating coils. They did a thorough cleaning and sanitization, and the smell completely disappeared. Not only does the house smell better, but I also feel safer knowing we removed a possible fire hazard.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure air duct cleaning would make a noticeable difference, but it really did. The crew showed up on time, were very respectful of my home, and answered all of my questions patiently. They took their time inspecting everything and even showed me the buildup inside the ducts before starting. I could tell they were using good equipment because it wasn’t noisy and didn’t create any mess. By the time they finished, the air in my house smelled cleaner and felt less stuffy. Even the airflow in the rooms farthest from the furnace improved.

Jim was out today to do my spring tuneup and was on time. Took care of everything that needed to be done and always keeps my system running smoothly! He also installed our new system a couple years ago. Awesome work and very trustworthy.
