Green Peace Air came to my rescue on a super hot Labor Day weekend when my tenant couldn’t stay in the 90+ degree house even at 7pm. My realtor recommended them, and what a lifesaver! They arrived within an hour, diagnosed the issue (a transformer) in less than 30 minutes, and clearly explained how the original heat pump install was causing the problem. They even offered to document everything so I can go back to the installer—it’s only a 2-year-old system.

What amazed me most is they didn’t charge me for the part since it’s still under warranty, and they’ll handle the warranty reimbursement themselves. No holiday weekend surcharge, no rushing, just honest, professional service. Truly unbelievable in today’s world. Highly recommended!
