Really great guys. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. They not only fix the issue, but also pass along info on how to help maintain the system so you have less problems in the future. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

PDQ came at the set appt time. Joe was fantastic!. He was able to diagnose the problem with our heat pump and fix it.

Have had a lot of hvac techs over the years, but Chase from PDQ mechanical is unquestionably the best. Very impressive. No big upselling, and a thorough check on my units. Will stick with PDQ.

PDQ not only maintains and services my HVAC and mini-split systems but installed them as well. They are responsive, helpful and reasonable. During the height of COVID they helped get thru to the Japanese manufacturer of my mini-split (not an easy task as you will recall) and, after many attempts, were able to obtain approval for warranty work. I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else.

PDQ was professional from start to finish. I could not recommend their services more. We had 5 previous bids for AC units and PDQ's bid was not only the lowest, they provided the bid without the high pressure tactics we had on the first 5 bids. They were recommended to us by our neighbor who also used their services. We had dreaded this process but to be honest they made it pretty straightforward and an overall positive experience.

They are not called PDQ for nothing. They are pretty damn quick!! I love them so much. I have several rental properties and I use them all of the time. They are awesome and I highly recommend them. Their customer service is amazing!

Needed an appointment pretty quickly. The next morning Chad arrived on time, took care of the issue, changed filters and revied both air conditioners. We are very impressed and pleased with the reasonable and helpful advise. When the time comed we will be there PFQ.

PDQ Mechanical removed two 13 year old Carrier heatpumps and installed new Trane units at my residence. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to my numerous email questions. Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced. Everything flowed seamlessly, including shoving furnaces and coils into the attic ten feet above. And, for the first time, the new ground mounted condensers are level. These guys work really well together and are very conscious about "mess management". Further, only one of the two attic accesses required cutting, and it was done such that the existing access cover still fits. I am told told that PDQ will handle the Trane warranty registration for me. Literally, the only thing I did was write the check. Very satisfied.
PS: One day after the install, I received the Trane Equipment Warranty documentation and PDQ's Labor Warranty documentation. Fantastic.

I had a great experience with NewACUnit. I chose a replacement A/C unit online and placed the order with my credit card. I was assigned a local contractor and they had a 4.9 rating on Google with several hundred reviews. I got a call from NewACUnit to make sure I was in contact with the contractors before the visit and a follow up call after the install to make sure everything was working as expected. I have my new AC at a price I am happy with and the whole process took just under two weeks.

These guys were great. Our AC had broke and they were able to fit us into their schedule earlier than expected. They showed up on time and did a great job on installation. Real life savers. Would highly recommend.

Buying a heat pump online was a great experience! We were able to purchase a unit that was best for our home at a great price. The installers responded same day and sent out a service rep to review the job. Two days later our new AC was working perfectly. The installers did a great job, cleaned up everything, and were so nice! We will definitely buy our next unit here.

Everything was great. Bought two units from them 15 months in compressors out on the first unit I had installed $2200 to get repaired Not sure it was worth it

I was definitely skeptical in the beginning be cause newacunit was way cheaper than 2 other companies i talked to. They were great and ordered my AC unit and scheduled install within a few days. They used a pretty reputable contract SMW refrigeration, not a small mom and pop company. Contractor was very professional and did a great job! Thank you.
