I had been suffering without a dryer then found out it was the vent. Shawn arrived with his team to inspect and help me immediately. He accessed the issues related to the wrong location of the vent in relation to the type of dryer. He opened his schedule right away for the next day and arrived earlier than expected. It looks beautiful in vent language! I could not ask for better services!

I had my dryer vent cleaned today. There was plenty of communication and photos taken before and after the process. Thank you for doing such a great job!

My allergies were out of control, and I thought the dust in the air ducts was the cause. There was an instant difference after cleaning. The group demonstrated their thoroughness by showing me the
startling before-and-after pictures! I can breathe easier now, and my house feels more refreshed.

I would give a ZERO... misrepresentation and less than what was promised. Company used a caller who got into our community face book page, said he was a neighbor and had a "special price" for a group since he was getting his done... back and forth on chat... then when someone showed... not even an employee of Expert Duct AZ... subcontractor who was only going to do a "basic" clean... not thru every duct... SCAM, SCAM... Steer clear!!!

Shane and Adam did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and covers. They were quick, thorough, professional, and took great care to minimize any dust and clean up what little did fall out. I highly recommend their service and will gladly have them out again for future service.
