If my AC ever dies in the winter again i will absolutely be using this service. The direct quote price for a replacement is amazing.

I ordered my unit on December 30th and due to the holiday their were some delays but that is understandable. Kathy was very nice and followed up with me when i had questions and kept me in the loop.

Recently bought a new AC unit and we were very pleased with the entire process. Saving money was of course a high priority and we accomplished that. At the same time the installation was done quickly and efficiently and everybody involved in the process were helpful.

We bought an AC when they said they had a 50% off. First of all, We don't feel it was truly that much off. After the sale I was advised to ask the salesman about it, which I did. He got very offended & snippy with me, which I found odd, since I wasn't being accusatory. They also said their prices were transparent, so....After the installation, it was one problem after another. I had a few people out to look at it, it didn't seem to want to hold the temp, 76*, at only 98* outside. Then another set of repair guys came out & said I needed $4500 of insulation now. I had to take their word for it, since I couldn't go up in the attic & see. The day of the install, I was told it would be another $3000 more because part of the attic sq footage had not been added to the other footage that needed to be done. What the hell??? Okay, so again, I had to take their word on it. So that gets done. Guess what? Another problem. After they left, which was 5 pm, the heat started rising. From 76 to 90 upstairs, and 84 downstairs. I called, told them the problem, they seemed unsympathetic. The same 2 guys came back the next morning, the problem was fixed by the end of the day, but...the AC was turned off most of the time, and the temp inside was 90. I have a heart condition, I was not feeling well. They said the temp would start going down, which it did, it took about 3 hrs for it to cool down. They also told me all the problems I had had, were because of a bad installation. I was also told those installers had been fired. So, shouldn't I get some kind of retribution? Discount, something?? I bought from this company because of the commercials which I don't believe are completely true. Our financial advisor feels we were taken advantage of because we're senior citizens, he is planning on sending experts out to check everything out and I am truly hoping we have no more problems. BTW, kudos to Andy & Axle, great job!

You most certainly did advertise 50% off, I had 4 family members here who also saw the commercial, they all said "Mom, you should buy now!" That's the only reason I bought a new unit. And my contract also says 50% off. Also, the install was done last November 2024, not in 2022. This review was also written a few weeks after install, it was edited a few times to include all the new "things" that were advised to be done. As for the $7500, that was a separate charge for insulation (the AC unit cost us over $14,000) that was given to us by your guy Mark a few weeks later and I thought it was for the whole 2360 sq ft. But then, the day of insulation install, we were told by your guy Andy, who said it would be an additional $3000 for another 1100 sq ft. Please stop making your customers out to be the bad guys for telling the truth about their negative experience with your company. It only makes you look worse.

I was very impressed with the ease and speed at which they took care of everything. The prices were great and the contractor they selected was excellent and they were able to get the inspected scheduled and done the day after we ordered and the new unit installed in two weeks (wasn’t a time sensitive replacement as the old unit was still operational).

New AC unit was by far the best deal out of the four contractors that I had inquired with. Viking air was the installation company and they were very professional and very quick and they handle the entire process from end to end. The financing was a big help while I waited for The home equity line of credit to clear and allowed for immediate installation. 10/10 would recommend!

It's so very rare to come across professionals who actually care about their costumers these days. The installers were absolutely top notch. The whole experience from start to finish was like I was being taken care of by family. I don't typically leave a random review but I'm going out of my way to make sure, if you're in need of an AC unit, you choose this company. So glad I had their team install my gear!

I was initially skeptical about purchasing AC from website potential for scam or items received not as described…Purchased 3-ton single stage Trane installed by local reputable Heating and Air co (Precision Air)…Told it would be all day job…completed w/o issue in 4hrs.. Fear not…safe to purchase…All Round Great Deal…

Ordered our units from new AC and was told it was back ordered 4-8 weeks which was fine! To our surprise we had confirmation for an installation date only 2 weeks after ordering. There contractors came out and installed our units yesterday and everything went amazing! Between new ac and there contractors everything was a simple and smooth process. I would highly recommend new ac unit for all your ac needs!

Initially very satisfied when your tech came out Sept. 1st and diagnosed our AC, replacing a voltage regulator. However, 3 days later, it was still malfunctioning. The AC would start, run for 20 minutes and then stop again, making a high pitched sound. Today is Sept. 11th and it is still not working. Having paid over $400 for the service call, we are disappointed. Liked our technician but that doesn't cool our house or solve the problem.

Ac replacement is a BIG deal. So many quotes were out of my budget, with research I was lucky to find Newacunit.com. Half the price, so I was able to get a top of the line unit. The communication was timely and supportive. ❤️ The FB info and email correspondence, so pleasant to work with.

Yes, buying a new heat pump should be this simple. Without the middleman. If you can buy a car online, you can also easily purchase a new heat pump online as well. I appreciated the ability to review the systems presented and purchase what fit based on my needs. Two days after purchase the contractor, The Guarantee Guys, came to my house on Friday for an inspection to confirm my choice would work. It was installed the following Wednesday. Just 7 days from start to finish. My other two quotes were 5K and 10K higher. Very happy with my purchase and savings.

I thought I was getting a great deal because I had no idea on anything about ACs after going to work and telling people my weekend and how much it cost to get my AC fixed. Everybody told me I was ripped off they proceeded to show me how much the parts cost at other locations and I was told because I was older and a single woman that I was taken advantage of being charged triple the amount that it should have cost it to fix so hard to find people you can trust
