PDQ was great to work with, they took care of following up with the manufacturer of our AC unit to confirm the unit was still under warranty and secured the warranted parts to do the repair. I felt confident in the repair tech that came out to assess our units, he took the time to explain things in plain English and coordination and follow up from the office staff was great.

Very prompt arrival. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Very quickly did the necessary part replacement. I asked for an explanation as I wanted to learn what was wrong. Joe gave a very clear non-defensive explanation. Reassured my unit was working well after part replacement. PDQ met all my expectations. Love PDQ. ♥️

They saved me from unnecessarily replacing my AC unit by isolating the problem to the evap coil & then recognizing it was still under warranty so I only had to pay labor. Joe was able to troubleshoot an issue I had with my AC over the phone before he was able to come and diagnose/fix the problem. He also vacuumed up a small mess from going into the attic which we really appreciate. Everyone I spoke with at PDQ was nice and professional and will be working with them again in the future

What a great experience. We were sure we would need an HVAC replacement but the Tech came out and diagnosed the problem ( another AC company diagnosed and suggested replacing unit compressor ,etc.) tech was able to fix problem and saved us over $19,000! PDQ mechanical just extended the life of our Trane. We are so appreciative! Company also very transparent about cost. Trane has them on their list of trusted providers as well with great ratings. Now we know why! Something told me we needed a second opinion and I am glad I followed my instincts.

My ac’s motor needed to be replaced asap in the middle of an Arizona summer and PDQ was out to my house within 3 hours. Got the part replaced and at a great price! Pretty damn quick is an understatement. Will be using the company again.

Often they recommend repair over purchasing new which save so much $$$$. They work diligently to provide your requested service with in the day or next day. The small team of technicians are extremely kind, knowledgeable and skilled always offering tips to keep your unit functioning efficiently. I’d give them FIVE stars.

My A/C quit working over night. I called and left a message at 4am and they got back to me within a couple hrs and had my A/C up and running by 10:30am. The service guy was knowledgeable and had great customer service! Will definitely use PDQ Mechanical in the future.

Great, trustworthy company! AC went out and I had someone there to check it out within an hour. They got the piece ordered right away and installed as soon as it was available for pickup. I definitely will be using them in the future!

We have a large home with 5 separate air conditioning units and have used PDQ for years. We switched to them after many years w/a different service and after getting to know, Jeff, Chase and their entire team I can tell you that PDQ not only delivers superior service, but they’re honesty and integrity is absolutely unmatched. They are more focused on Keeping long-term clients happy than just selling people things they don’t need in the moment. In fact, I have two units that are over the age of 20 that are still working because of them! I also see the same faces year after a year, which tells me that their employees are happy working there too! I could not recommend them enough.

PDQ - Did a great job repairing our A/C unit. They had order a replacement part. They made every effort to expedite the process. We were down over the weekend but first thing Monday morning they were able to repair the unit and get us back going. I cannot thank them enough for the effort they made in getting the AC up and running. A big thank you to PDQ and their technicians.

After receiving an outrageous quote from my regular mechanical contractor, my neighbor recommended PDQ. I was able to get a next day appointment. Within minutes of arrival, the PDQ technician determined a loose wire, and fixed it immediately. I’m a new customer and was treated fairly and honestly. I’ll be staying with PDQ from now on.

Awesome service! They were able to quickly schedule us and the tech was extremely professional and thorough! He not only checked the AC unit but also informed us how our smart thermostat may actually be causing our AC problems and a way to test it if we have a reoccurrence of the AC cycling and shutting down. I highly recommend this company!
