These guys Rock!! They gave me a great deal and got my old system rejuvenated with a new pump, fresh Freon, and cleaned out all the debris and dust. Great work, highly recommend and will call them again in the future if I ever need more AC work!

I would recommend Ball Brothers Home Services a million times over! Our water heater burst, the garage was flooded, and there was no second guess to the help offered once we placed our call. Nathan was professional, efficient, and brought such a relief when everything was fixed. We haven’t had any problems with the install and will reach out again for any future work that is needed.

Well I am sad to say the only reason I know this company's name is based off of their horrible driving skills in Mesa Arizona. 7:26 a.m. June 4th 2019 Mesa Arizona southern and Gilbert. I had pulled out of my residential community and East valley refrigeration truck had to have sped up in order to ride my bumper the way he did. He was on my bumper the entire time even though we were approaching a red light not too very far ahead of where I pulled out of. If this company is hiring aggressive drivers I don't think I would want them in my house working on anyting

Mark and crew get the job done. My door bell rang on the stroke of the hour they noted to begin work. They worked through the morning not breaking at all for lunch, to complete the task, prior to my newborn son's arrival to his nursery. A family owned, run mentality. Not to mention exceptional service at a price thousands less than the next guy on the block

Mark you are the best! I now know why Don Helms (my good friend and real estate agent) recommends and uses you over 15 years. Of course my AC decides to stop working on Memorial day. I leave a message not expecting a call back until Tuesday. Instead I get a call back and set an appointment for the next morning. 30 minutes before showing up you call as promised. You analyze and test the various areas of my 20 year old Trane unit. Instead of simply saying time for a new unit as I might expect, you quickly located a couple of minor parts to replace. A little over an hour later everything is running, You assure me I can probably get another 5 years because my unit is a Trane and that's your experience. HONESTY - INTEGRITY - RESPONSIVE. East Valley Refrigeration, and the owner Mark, are absolutely wonderful! They're honest, integritous, reasonably priced, reliable, and has never steered me or my family wrong. These guys are the best! Trustworthy, reasonable, and they do a good job. My mom had Ron come out 40 years ago and he was the only A/C guy to not tell her she needed a new unit or exorbitant new parts etc but found some loose duct tape, replaced it and left without charging her. We've been following him ever since. I tell everyone I can about these guys.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about this company. They were efficient, reliable, and had my new roof top AC unit installed in less than 4 hours. The guys who installed were so knowledgeable and personable and they took care to do everything right. I got several quotes and they beat everyone. Mark was awesome and no hidden charges, they did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any AC fixes or a new unit. I am happily basking in a cool home!
