Brandon was excellent! He sent a scope into the pipes and explained how the pipes work and the problem very thoroughly to me. So grateful that he took the extra step to do that because without the scope we would not have seen the rocks and heavy debris in pipes. I would definitely 100% recommend!

I’ve used this company several times to do several odds and ends around my house. They are a pleasure every time Brandon specifically. He is knowledgeable really knows his stuff. Also got to make sure I mention Jordyn that answers the phone. She is also very nice. This is such a great team. Stop wasting your time looking for other companies to save a few bucks, their prices are very reasonable. You get what you pay for.

Following a second consultation, he further clarified the extent of these violations. Consequently, we proceeded with the replacement of our water heater, the conversion of all piping to copper, and a complete overhaul of the electrical system to ensure compliance. The final outcome is exceptional, and the team meticulously cleaned the premises before their departure. The service provided was outstanding, particularly given that it was rendered on December 31st. This is the second time we have used A Plus Plumbing and we are just as satisfied as the first time. The owner was extremely friendly and eager to help. They came out the next day, since I said we were not in a hurry. Austin showed up on time (communicated prior to his arrival)and was extremely knowledgeable. He corrected the problem, from a previous plumber (which was not an easy job) and was efficient and friendly the entire time. Highly recommend this business!!!

We had another unexpected plumbing issue when I attempted to replace a shutoff valve and accidentally broke the brittle PVC behind the wall. With the water off to the entire house, we were stuck until it could be properly repaired. I called Mr. Plumber and, despite the short notice, they had a technician out in under two hours.

Brandon diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the repair in less than an hour. The work was professional, clean, and the cost was more than reasonable—especially given the urgency. While I’m comfortable with many DIY home repairs, this was one of those moments where I was glad to trust a professional, and I’m so glad I did.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and would confidently recommend Mr. Plumber.

Brandon was great! Steve was very helpful on the phone and setting up an appointment. All these guys do a great job. Brandon explained and fixed all the problems on a visit a couple weeks ago. I had To call again because of a new problem with the garbage disposal. They were quick to respond snd Brandon again took care of the problem Quickly! Excellent service!

We had a leak in the toilet and I chose A Plus to help based on their reviews! Good decision! Austin was great. He went above and beyond to address my issues! He was professional and was even here early! Thank you for your service! I have found my plumber now!

I had a leaky water heater called and got an appointment within 2 hours, Corey made an assessment within 10 minutes gave me a bid, I accepted he was back with water heater with 45 minutes. It took about an hour to install. There was water damage he gave b recommendations on how to address he advise I could make an insurance claim. I decline both. Seem knowledgeable and capable and very efficient. He shared info on what and why he was doing. I thought I could do the job myself. It would have been a big mistake. I’m glad I used these guys. I’m not looking for a deal I’m looking for a job well done.. I would have to fire myself!

ZERO out of 5 stars. I requested they come estimate the job to replace 10 valves, 2 toilets, and a water heater. The send Dennis with MR PLUMBER company. I met with him, and then he kept promising me he would send an estimate. I was ghosted! If they were too busy or they just didn't want to do the job, they should of said something. No respect for them. I hired BROS PLUMBING, I got an estimate on the spot and they did the job the same day at a Great Price! A Plus is actually a F Minus. Forget this company! So disappointed!

This is the first time I have used A Plus Plumbing. When I called to inquire about a new soft water system I spoke to Steve who was really nice and answered all my questions and gave me a bid on the phone. Austin showed up to do the installation today and was very efficient and very knowledgeable. The installation was quick and he even checked on other plumbing issues that I had questions about. I would not hesitate to refer them and use them for all my plumbing issues in the future.

Very happy with the service of A + plumbing. Very thorough with unclogging the sewer pipe due to paper, sludge and roots that got into the line. Used a camera and showed me the problem. I was very happy with the service, communication and process resolving my issues! Will definitely recommend their service to family and friends.

Brandon from A Plus was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He quoted me exactly what I needed to replace my water heater. His install of my water heater was efficient and professional. Also, Jordyn from the office was very friendly and prompt at returning phone calls and communicating. I would highly recommend A Plus Plumbing!

Austin came by the house to look at our toilet that I thought was leaking. It ended up being a very simple fix that as a result of a prior plumber not installing the tank components correctly. The same plumber also helped with our recent kitchen reno and I asked Austin to look under our kitchen sink to make sure everything was installed properly. He discovered the pea trap was also installed incorrectly and he quickly fixed it for us. Austin was very friendly, easy to work with, and we will absolutely have him back when we replace our hot water heater in the near future!

Brandon installed a new garbage disposal for us. He was on time and ready to work. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. We now have 2 more jobs that he will be doing for us in the next couple of weeks. We are really pleased with A Plus - the office staff are great, too!

- Punctual, polite, and patient
- Brandon replaced my old kitchen sink/faucet and new pipes in about 2 hours. He was very focused on his work and meticulous down to the caulking.
3. The integrity of the owner and his technicians are why I trust this company and their rates are reasonable fair and
Honest.

Water heater was leaking, a lot, on a Sunday. I called A Plus and they got out within 2 hours to replace it, and the price was extremely fair, as always. The technician, Miguel, was professional, kind, and knowledgeable! They are my go to plumber for sure!

I may have jumped the gun with the negative review, but i was stressed and overwhelmed and it was nighttime when nobody from their company could could get back to me , even tho google said they were 24 hours so I felt abandoned and worried.
i wrote the initial review in response to the generic automated text sent to me asking for a review. I was overwhelmed, angry and fearful that the water incident might be out of our scope to handle or afford and could lead to mold which ive been trying hard to avoid due to health issues. So I was very scared and emotional when I wrote it.

However, the owner contacted me in morning and was very professional and apologetic and is working with us to make things right, so as long as they are willing to help us, they deserve the chance to make it right. So I gave back some stars for professionalism and apology. It was a human error after all.
So. Im happy to report they are working with us at least, so that's a positive. It is an unfortunate inconvenience to us to have to deal with it, hence the lower review, but their professionalism after the incident was decent so I amended the review..*****

Apparently they disconnected our washing machine from the drain line and put a cloth in its place. And didn't remove it. And didn't tell us it was there before they left.....so , my partner started a load of laundry shortly after 9 that evening and guess what, we suddenly heard a loud alarm. Cuz we have water leak detection behind our washer and behind the fridge ..both were going off. We jumped out of bed anf saw our entire laundry room and kitchen covered with water and it must have traveled under the walls into our madter bedroom closet and even living room! We are very disappointed. The negligence has caused a severe water incident that we do not have the time or money to fix ourselves!

Brandon came out to do a fix on my shower valve, and did an excellent job. He was professional, arrived on time, provided excellent workmanship, even wore covers over his shoes when he came in the house. The prices are very reasonable compared to others, and I feel like it’s the best value of any plumber in town hands-down.

Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.

Charlie was awesome, when he arrived at our house the drain started working, he checked a few things and said call me when you really need me and didn't charge us. Thank you so much
