The service technicians were able to get out a day early and arrived on time. They were courteous and knowledgeable and advised me of me of my options. I will use them next time I need service.

Found them on thumbtack, requested a free service call and they came out within hours. They were able to take care of my concern and it was both speedy as well as affordable. I will be using them again in the future.

I had a problem with our ice maker. Thought it might be something to do with the water. Technician came on time. He thought it was the fan which he then replaced. The next day our ice maker was still not working. I called Thomas and they sent him back the very next day. Replaced the ice maker and now everything seems to be working fine. Very happy with this company and their response. Would call them again.

The scheduling and completion of work was superb. Prompt arrival and completion of the water heater replacement. Danny, the service man was clean, professional and enjoyable to work with. He was conversant and explained what was going to happen. The timing and the price was very good. I recommend this company and will reach out to them again if needed. Danny the service man was especially pleasant to deal with.

My second AC unit started blowing warm air today. I contacted Thomas at 8am and they sent a technician, James, out at 3pm and within the window promised. He tested the unit and said it was a bad capacitor. This was good news as capacitor repairs are much less expensive than repairing or replacing parts for my system. He gave me the option to buy the part and repair it myself if I was comfortable (I am relatively handy) or he could get the part an install it.

This was music to my ears, a technician that is not out to try to sell me a new unit "because my unit is old" or sell me stuff I don't need.

I happened to have a capacitor so I decided to switch it out myself. He even gave me tips on how to make sure I tighten the contacts and stay safe! My AC is working now and I only had to pay the service fee which was well worth it.

I asked James how long he has worked for Thomas and why he switched from two other well known companies that I have heard of, and he said he likes the culture of just doing what is right for the customer. The other companies train techs to be their salesforce and turn every service call into maximizing sales and selling what benefits the company not the individual.

At Thomas their technicians do what is right for the customer, I highly recommend them if you want an honest service with an honest recommendation and reasonable prices.

Now it makes sense to me why the bigger franchise company's advertise to go out for no charge, its' because their goal is to make up that service charge with hundreds or thousands of unnecessary repairs.

Thanks again for running a business with integrity, I think in the long run you will attract better technicians that take pride in their vocation and can sleep at night knowing they didn't rip anyone off and always do what's right.

Frank came and went straight to work and answered any questions we had. He showed us everything that he did and explained the reasoning behind it. Justin came to us to unclog our drain with scope.
He was very calm and patient and was able to unclog our drains for us. We would recommend him .

We had to replace a pressure regulator. The plumber we previously used declined. The second was too busy. # 3, #4, #5 were stupidly expensive and #6 no showed.
Aaron from Thomas contacted me several times and provided a reasonable estimate on the phone. Based on his professional approach, I had him send a tech.
Dustin arrived as scheduled and verified what was needed. Dustin proceeded to complete the work and the issue resolved.
I'll be using Thomas Home Services on my properties from now on.

I gave the company a 10! We purchased our AC unit three years ago. They have wonderful employees. We have already referred three or four different people to them who have purchased new AC units. Thomas HomeServices rock!

Joe from Thomas Home Services came to flush water heater as a special was being advertised. Joe advised ours was too old to do anything at this time. Appreciated quote for new one but wasn’t pushy to sell us new one at that moment. We’ll consider buying from them when we’re ready or current one goes out. Liked the honesty of their company and not being aggressively pressured.

Dustin was knowledgeable and straight forward. Knew his water heaters and educated me on things to look for to help me troubleshoot any issues. I appreciate he was sincere about how to help me get my existing -less than a year old heater, even tho not a preferred brand…working instead of just trying to get me to buy a new one. Which the previous plumbers told me I HAD to do! I would definitely call him back if I have any other issues.

Never use Thomas Home services! They broke our AC in the middle of summer when it wasn’t broken, and never returned our calls.

We requested an AC tune up in July before our daughter’s 4th birthday party to ensure all of our guests were cool for the party. The AC wasn’t broken, wanted to make sure it was operating at its best. The technician identified 4 minor repairs that he could complete that day for $900. My husband and I agreed it was worth it. The technician promised my husband the house would be nice and cool for the party the next day. When I got home a few hours later our house was 76 degrees, when it should have been 72. We assumed it was recalibrating. It continued to climb to 78, so we called the company. We were told a technician will be sent first thing next morning since it was 5PM. Our home continued to get hotter, as it was over 110 in Phoenix in July. We continued calling, begging someone to come fix it because it wasn’t broken before the technician came, telling them we have little kid and we can’t remain in our house due to the heat. No one ever called us back, no one ever repaired their mistake. After spending the night with family and moving my daughter’s birthday party, We ended up calling a different company to fix the AC because we needed to go back home. The other company came did an emergency service and told us the tech from Thomas put in a used, 6 year old, off market part that didn’t work. They also didn’t put in the coolant like they said they did.

Thankfully another company returned our call and actually fixed a problem, that wasn’t there to begin with and our credit card company refunded us. This “service” was a scam and to this day we’ve never received a call back after our many calls for them to fix their mistake

Dustin was very professional and explained our best options after draining the hot water heater. We elected to replace the anode rod and he came back the next day for a quick installation. Great service and would highly recommend.

I had Thomas Home Services install my new AC two years and four months ago. I must say that the last 2.4 years has been great. First time in five years that my home was actually cool during the Arizona summer. I did a regular HVAC tuneup today and Riley did an amazing job. he alerted me on some thing that was very serious and I will definitely be getting it fixed. It had nothing to do with the unit, it was the whip that goes to the AC that is deteriorating. My home was built in 1983 and this is the original electrical whip that has come with the house. I am looking forward to them replacing this with a newer one. I feel he averted a potentially serious situation.

The guys that showed up were able to give us an estimate for a shower cartridge replacement in the shower and install 2 faucets in the house at a reasonable cost. They got the jobs done and now I can enjoy a hot shower! I would definitely recommend them.

The technician Armon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the issue with my washer immediately and had it fixed in a short amount of time. The price was exceptionally reasonable.
