Just had a wonderful experience with Mr. Daniel Medina from Tucker Hill. He was very thorough and helpful from beginning to end. He answered every question I had and made sure that I was going to be taken care of. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to, for the service I received today. Very pleased.

Technician Tommy Moreno came out to diagnose a cooling issue with our split system AC. He was very thorough and persistent in finding the cause, and did a great job in repairing the system quickly and cleanly. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Stuart was prompt and very reliable. Performed an complete inspection of my HVAC system when the heater would stop working overnight. Stuart did not try to sell me on something that was not needed. A simple adjustment was all that was needed. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Stuart as a top notch technician.

I've been using Tucker Hill for all my plumbing and AC needs for a while. I am always happy with the service times and professionalism of the people they send out. This time Doc came out and replaced my broken garbage disposal. He was polite, professional, and he did a great job. He even took a second to tighten up my loose cabinet door just because he noticed it. Things like that are what keep me coming back!

John did a great job with our outdoor ceiling fan today. He also made some great recommendations for work we will be doing in the future. He’s friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will be asking for him next time we need anything!

Chris Pruitt is top notch! He helped identify the issue of the running hot water line in the hallway bathroom, and I'll be going with his recommendations to further get this issue resolved before my house gets flooded.

Tucker Hill is the best! I've had electrical done by them, and now plumbing. Older house needs the maintenance and repair before all out disaster. You should have them check your home. Call them today to make an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

Kevin provided excellent customer service and explained, in detail, what he would do. He was straightforward, honest and helpful. He did a great job of installing the fans and smoke detectors! Thank you Kevin and I will be using Tucker Hill for other projects.

Junior came to do a water heater flush and plumbing inspection - which he did. During the inspection we found the pressure regulator we’d had installed years ago had failed. He was able to replace that and the hose valve next to it with much better work than the prior repair in just a couple hours. He was very friendly and efficient too - would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. Stuart and team were extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC system and offered great insights about upgrades that would help with the system efficiency and air quality. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain how the system worked and what exactly could be improved. Very informational, without being pushy at all. Highly recommend.

Since I used Tucker Hill for my plumbing, I contacted them again for my AC unit check-up. Senior Technician, Brandon A. is a true professional. He evaluated our system, identified areas of concern and gave me customized estimates. I valued Brandon's expert advice and he was respectful of my service choice, even though it was not everything he recommended. No high pressure sales! He was efficient in the work that he did and left the worksite clean. A lot of these home repairs are super costly, it's nice to trust that your money is well spent and you have options. Tucker Hill has proven themselves to be trustworthy to me.

Nathan came out today for our inspection for our AC and was able to provide quality service and was very friendly and worked closely with me to find what new unit would best suit our needs. We have a 30+ year old AC and the discussion on cost/benefit for each unit was very helpful for us to make our decision.

I've used Tucker Hill for all my AC needs over the years and will continue to do so.

Mike and Mario did the install and it did take a while, but the time really showed in how quality the work is. My unit was so old that they ended up re-doing the drain configuration, added some electrical connections for code compliance, and walked me through the work at the end and were very friendly.

Highly highly recommend this service. We'll worth the money.

Employees are decent people. But they use some garbage AC units. My AC unit was replaced a little over 2 years ago. I've already had to pay to replace the blower motor assembly, and have had a few technicians come out to find out why I only have ac to half my house since getting the new ac unit. Giving them credit they did try a few things but over 2 years and only half my house gets cold. The ac units only come with 2 year warranties and anything that goes wrong after 2 years even with the company maintains them is out of pocket. Now ac blows room temperature. If it is anything to do with the junk they installed on my roof I will be googling a damn good lawyer since I'm still paying off this unit

We experienced a water heater issue recently. Tucker Hill technician was Matt Hill. He was on time, very Professional and explained what the failure issue of the water was in detail. Warrenty was abit short to be covered totally, however, Tucker Hill valued our long time relationship as a loyal customer and made some very generous adjustments to install a new water heater and got us up and running. I highly recommend Tucker Hill for Awesome Customer Service starting with the Intake process with a courteous knowledgeable staff member on the phone to get me scheduled the very next day, and great service from office staff on the phone working out a solution with our technician on site. We highly recommend Tucker Hill!

I recently had Tucker Hill complete a project for me, and while there was an issue initially, their response was nothing short of impressive. The electrician arrived in a timely manner to give me a quote on installing a 50 amp receptacle for EV charger in my garage. They were flexible accommodating my schedule. I was discussing with the electrician Miguel about a time next week to do the work, and he told me if I was ready he could do it that afternoon. I was happy to have the install done quickly. He did great work. He didn't put any unnecessary holes in the wall. It was fast service. He offered some additional services but wasn't a pushy salesperson. It was a great experience and I would use Tucker Hill and Miguel again.

I am so lucky that I found this plumbing company. I had a different company come out the day before, which did not fix any of my plumbing issues. We even had to have him return , before he had driven a way, because the 3rd bathroom was still not draining.
Today I called Tucker Hill plumbing and they unclogged three bathrooms.
Brandon was the tech that they sent out and he was great, He explained everything and was very professional. I would give Brandon a 5+ rating.
He unclogged all of our three drains or system that ran together I feel blessed that he came out and took care of this. I feel the price was reasonable. I will call them back again when I have plumbing issues.

Very Disappointing . I am giving this bad review because the technician job should be focus on what he is hired to do which is AC Turn up, but instead he gave extremely terrible , false and misleading information to my tenant. Also he keep pushing me to replace alot of parts, add more parts or replace my whole system that is still working fine and in good condition. Also keep pushing by saying the offer he quoted will only valid for 24 hours. Although I dont know what he told my Tenant but after he left my tenant told me the technician said there is mold in the AC system. It seems he want my tenant to push me to replace the AC and do more work. It end up I have to to spend $300-400 for proving my tenant the AIr quality is fine and no mold at all by hiring company to do Air Quality Inspection. This only because of this technican who is not license and not expert on Mold Inspection .He is saying something that is not professional and misleading and false. I really disappointing and will not ask for my AC tune up anymore.

Replaced my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. Josh, the technician/plumber was very communicative and honest. He put me at ease and did an excellent job! I will use Tucker Hill again for my future needs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, heat and air conditioning

I talked to John on phone excellent customer service excellent phone skills top notch on the Ball Tim excellent customer service arrived at my House . Top notch customer service he knows his trade went over all my work projects explained everything to the tee . Gave me written estimates went over everything. Ask for a written estimate after visiting our residence, and Joshua said sure. Two days later called and followed up and he said he won’t do that since price on supplies is keep going up and as a matter of fact just went up 9%. For the job he was going to do, he needed 7 feet of wire and two outlets. 9% increase would have been $2 when he quoted me for the whole job $1200. Such a non-sense and bad sales/customer service. Had another company came the next day and quoted me $800 and honor their quote for 30 days.

Tucker Hill that's a name to remember for your plumbing, ac, or electrical work. I called up for plumbing and they made an appointment very quickly for them to come out. Larry was the estimator and he was very professional and personable, easy to deal with. The next morning, Gabriel and Trevor came out to do the job. What a great team they are. All the way thru the job they asked me if I wanted it done any differently or they gave suggestions on what would be best. They both are great plumbers with very good customer service skills. I retired from AT&T from customer service so I recognize when someone is doing a great job. Please give all three of your employees my highest commendation for a job well done. They are great representatives for your company. I don't know how much you are paying them, but it's not enough. Folks, this company will be my go to for any plumbing, ac, or electrical work, try them out, I know you will be happy with the outcome.
