I call on the Friday after the 4th of July and had problems getting a plumber to come out on the day after the 4th

I'm still trying to swallow the amount of $4,650 to evaluate my old water heater and then replace it. Even though, my service man was, as I can tell, . He did a poor time explaining; what was wrong, why the bill was so high, and I asked what the warranty on the new water heater. With no answer

I also found it strange that I had to pay in advance. Now I know why, they wanted the money up front.

I felt compelled to use Cactus after all the 5 Star ratings ("fair pricing" was one of them). And I was quoted a $39 service call, but that was just parking in front of my house. AJ spent 45 minutes just writing up the initial estimate and he was not clear, but I feel like I was charged for that.

We could have cut our losses, and searched for more reasonable quotes, but it was the Friday after the 4th, my birthday, and had reservations for a birthday dinner with my family.

I had a plumber come do some insurance work he said he would have done the work for $1,700.

I would definitely recommend this company!!!! Everything was excellent. The girl answering the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was super nice and professional. And the service tech Andy was great and quick to arrive! He did great diagnostic work and ultimately it was a bad capacitor. The best part of this company is they came in just a couple hours AND it was the Fourth of July. I’m so so grateful they came out on a holiday and got my AC running. So grateful and will definitely use this company again

Johnny is awesome and a very hard-working man. He did a great job on my pipe system and charged me a good price. I will definitely be going to them again if I need.

Nick has done amazing plumbing work for us on two separate occasions. He was able to solve our issue with low water pressure in our home that has been ongoing for 10 years in addition to replacing our hot water heater and several fixtures. He does fast and thorough work and have been able to get our projects done same day on both occasions!
