I was very pleased with Rainwater Plumbing in Chandler. AZ. The management was very friendly and answered all my questions concerning the job I wanted them to do. The price they quoted was very reasonable and fair.
When the tech arrived at my home, he introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. He went up and about to make sure his work was completed to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Rainwater for any of my plumbing needs.

Frank is awesome! He came out and diagnosed our AC unit almost immediately after we contacted him. He then changed out the fan the next day. We called him at 8 PM thinking something was wrong and he came out that same night to fix our AC, then followed up the next morning. Highly recommend him and his company!

Very great first-time experience with this company! Walter called back on a Saturday evening just an hour after requesting warranty service for our water heater via Bradford White website. Based on photos he explained the possible repair/replacement scenarios and made an appointment for his team to come on the following Monday morning. The technician who arrived was very professional and knowledgeable. They got the job for a reasonable price and in timely fashion. The company is excellent with communication and customer care. Would highly recommend!

Toilet was broken and serviced my water heater. Paul from Rainwater was great! Very friendly and professional. Explained everything that he was doing , left zero mess and fixed the issue! Would highly recommend for any of household plumbing issues .

These guys crushed it coming in middle of budget and on time. Showed up 7am exactly as on our schedule and finished with expert installation 65 feet of natural gas with a beautiful finished product.

They got someone out right away when i called, which we appreciated very much, as we didn't have a running washer. Owner did not mention there was a charge for bringing someone out on a Sunday and when spoke to the owner to tell him our frustration, he became very aggressive and disrespectful and hung up. When asked for an invoice in detail on what was charged, the "fee" for a weekend day charge was not on my invoice. A heads up on that fee would have changed everything. I understand maybe it slipped his mind because he was wanting to gain our business. But the disrespect was not okay. All we wanted was to meet somewhere in the middle. Although we didn't have a pleasant experience, we will your business a lot of success! :)

I requested a quote for a gas line install. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I received a quote the same day. Very impressed. Victor installed the gas line in the attic and underground and Nick also worked on the project. They both did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them and all of the people at Rainwater. I can’t say enough good things about them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

After getting a runaround for a week with no hot water from another plumber we got a quote the same day from Rainwater and they were out the next business day to replace our water heater. Plus their quote came in almost $1,000 less than the other guy. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything to maintain the water heater, which is something no one ever did when we built the house, so that was great to know! I would definitely recommend Rainwater for any plumbing needs, especially if you need a hot water heater fast!

Walter did a fantastic job figuring out the issue & fixing it. He was close by, quick, timely, communicative & responsive, & knew what he was doing. He also explained the issue to me clearly— making it easy to understand. Walter was also very kind, respectful, personable, & it was very evident that he cares about his work, & cares about being cost-efficient vs. being out to make a quick buck, like past plumbers we’ve had. I highly recommend using Walter for your plumbing needs, & if anything is to happen again, we will be calling Walter!

Hired Rainwater in 2025 to provide a second opinion when our pool service tech recommended we replace a gas line to our pool heater in Chandler. Rainwater techs visited twice to complete their assessment, provided a detailed report. Not cheap, but thorough!

We called to get help with our thermostat that was not turning on and we were able to get a same day appointment. Juan was here within the hour and figured out the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue to us. He was able to fix it in the spot so we have AC before it gets hot again in a few weeks. This was a great experience!

Bryan was professional, polite and performed his work thoroughly and neatly. He did a great job of showing us all of our options. Would highly recommend.

Definitely want to give a shout out to Tim and all the folks at Ground Zero. There are a ton of corporate plumbing companies out there, none of them will give you the attention and respect you will get at Ground Zero. They are extremely good at what they do, and they are honest and kind. Did I mention honest, because that is extremely important. I could not recommend them more. Five stars because it won't let me give six!
