I was getting very frustrated trying to find a plumber that could help me. Then I found Rainwater.
I am working on a gas firepit project. To add to the challenge, I am in Eloy. When I called Rainwater they were extremely friendly and responsive to my need and geographic challenge. I got a very timely appointment. The technician was actually early (amazing). He was super helpful and efficient!
So, big thanks to the staff. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm incredibly happy with the service they provided. I started what should have been an easy repair, but it turned into a nightmare. Old plumbing fixtures are pipes made it impossible for me to do on my own. Not only did the owner, Monte, give me a call back immediately, he had Dwayne drive over immediately (15 minutes after the call) and review, they then provided me an estimate that was cheaper than anyone else in my area. Showed me each issue before doing anything, tested everything out, and got everything cleaned up and looking great!

Victor and his crew are awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. They are very careful and polite. I would definitely recommend Rainwater Plumbing when you have any plumbing needs.

I had a scary event at my home with a gas leak resulting in my gas been turned off.
A plumber was recommended.
A call was made to Rainwater Plumbing and Walter responded and within two hours he was at my door to evaluate the situation.
I need to say this because this is very important to me.
I need to feel safe when a serviceman enters my home .
Walter was kind ,empathetic, and precessional.
I felt safe .. this not my first rodeo with service calls to have rude service men talking down at you because you are a woman.
He went above his call of duty to ask if there was anything he can do help me through the weekend because I would without stove , heat and hot water .
The two service men that showed up to do the repair had the same demeanor. I am concluding to say this how Rainwater operates their business.
I would strongly recommend their service and now my service is fully restored after two gas leak. .. scary stuff .

You know it must be a universal message to you when your house all of a sudden is bursting water pipes to continual leak just days later! From the most catastrophic to the simplest of issues! Walter and Ms. Robin never missed a beat with each new problem and the anxiety I am sure they heard in my voice! I am sorry I wasn't better at remembering each of their skilled professionals they sent to my house! But be reassured they are trustworthy, efficient and kind! At a time when single women are still being horribly taken advantage of, these wonderful professionals can 100% be trusted and counted on!
As far as the universal message, I am still working on that! But know, if it includes water again. I know who exactly to call without reservation! Thank you so very much for all you guys do and represent!

Kaleb (Tech) was very personable and knowledgeable/proficient. He had very good communication skills and cleaned up when he was done. Appointment was easy to make and received an email/text verifying appointment.

Rainwater Plumbing/HVAC was great coming out to Tenshon and having our heater fixed. They were fast and efficient and cost effective. Definitely recommend hiring them for their services.

I called Rainwater plumbing over the weekend and I had them come out to fix my leaking hose bib out back. Technician they sent over was very kind and knowledgeable. He spoke to me about what I was using the hose bib for. I expressed to him that I would like it split into 2 hose bibs because my mister is connected to it and I always have to disconnect it to use the spout. He said it would be no problem. I couldn't be happier with the end result.. Thank you Rainwater plumbing for making my life easier.

I’ve used Rainwater plumbing few times. Crack in our sewer line, was found after inspection. They came out got the job done timely manner, pricing is very fair and detailed to job description. As my son, is plumber back in Utah, he said there pricing on a job like ours was outstanding. Since then it’s my choice to go with on all big jobs, we have another project relocating washer box and Hot/cold water lines. Rainwater will be doing job for our home.

The gentleman that did the work was courteous and did a good job.However, I am only giving them three instead of five stars because I believe I was charged for the time it took for him to leave - to pick up a clear silicone (he only had white). Then he had to go back because the product he bought appeared white. It wasn’t after all , but you had to read the small print to know that.
Still, Overall, happy with their service.

We experienced a major plumbing emergency and Rainwater, a Veteran owned small business, was super responsive. Victor the highly skilled plumbing tech did a fantastic job and repairing the pipe and communicating with us in the cause. We had purchased a new gas cooktop to replace our electric cooktop. The gas had already been plumbed just not used. We called Rainwater and they came within 24 hours, which was great because it was just before Thanksgiving.They were courteous knowledgeable and did an excellent job at hooking up the gas to the cooktop. We will definitely use them for our future needs with Plumbing. Honest and dependable is hard to find, so they will definitely be on our call list.

Very informative in helping me decide on a replacement water heater. Charged a fair price (I did some checking around) Arrived on time to install and cleaned up when they left. Would use them again.
