After experiencing an issue with my air conditioning system the night before, Bryan came out early the next morning to help. He was punctual, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Bryan was able to get the system back up and running, and my family and I were comfortable again. I truly appreciate his expertise and quick response. I highly recommend Bryan for any HVAC needs.

We have been serviced by Ground Zero for 10 years. They have always been responsive and professional.

Last night at 9:30 pm our A/C stopped working. The temp in the house was almost 90.

I called GroundZero and within an hour a tech was here and repaired the unit.

Also, Brian, the service manager, followed up with a call the following day.

You can’t do better than Ground Zero.

I had 2 sets of heating/cooling ducts cleaned and all parts of the blower mechanism. It was a ling process, taking over 5 hours.

Had our air conditioning repaired. Did a rerouting of airflow and a new thermostat installed. Diego Pena and Jeremy Rodriquez were OUTSTANDING! Fast and efficient. Our cooling system has never worked better!

The process to schedule an appointmentment online was straightforward. There was a follow up by email and a phone call. I was able to get an appointment the next day.
Shane was my tech. He promptly showed up in the AM. He was able to diagnose the issue. The solution was to replace the outdated unit with a saltless system. He was able to go pick it up and install that morning. Hauled away the old unit. Everything was meticulously done and cleaned up at the end. Thanks to Ground Zero and Shane.

We have used Ground Zero twice now; once to replace our very old water heater and most recently for some repairs inside and outside of the house. Both times, they have been honest and upfront, not to mention quick in getting the job done! Would definitely recommend!

James came out and diagnosed the issue with the water heater right away. He presented two working solutions to fix the problem. After approval from the property manager, James went out and picked up a brand new unit and installed it on the same day.

Bryan and Ground Zero has literally been my BEST experience with an HVAC technician and company ever. He was prompt, courteous, asked targeted questions to diagnose the issue, and got my AC unit operating and cooling the house again in under an hour. This was our first time using Ground Zero Plumbing and we are so happy that we did! Awesome experience, thanks to Jose A.! We had an emergency call due to a leaking valve behind our refrigerator. Being Memorial Day weekend, we were struggling to find a company that was available. Ground Zero was though! So wonderful! Destiny was so kind and helpful and set our service call up with ease. Jose A came at 8pm on the Sunday before Memorial Day, with a smile on his face and ready to help. We were so grateful! Jose A was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a super problem solver. He did fantastic work and took the time to answer all of our questions, as well as check out all the other valves in our house. He was thorough, providing us with estimates and pictures of potential follow up work. We felt so relieved and very satisfied with the work that he completed and will definitely request that Jose A returns for any follow up maintenance. Shout out to Sergio and Josh for coming in and fixing my ac unit even though there was a storm they still work through it and they got it done fast I highly recommend both of them

Had a pretty messy experience with this company. Tech came Sunday. Said it was fan motor $1100 to fix. I said give me a day to think - charged me service fee that day. Ended up agreeing to the work. They scheduled following day. Came out swapped out the $300 part in 15 minutes. They would not apply service fee to the work because it wasn’t done the same day. Thought that was poor discretion on their part but didn’t fuss about it. Next day same issue fan not working. Came out and found it was a bad breaker switch. Manager said sorry we’ll give you a good price on replacing breaker switch $300. $20 part 10 min of work after misdiagnosing the issue- great discount. Fan motor may not have even needed to be replaced. Regardless the correct troubleshooting steps were not performed. I told them thanks but no thanks had someone else come out fix it same day for $200.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Zero issues with any service calls they completed. Techs always keep me in the loop prior to arrival and through the repair process. Super fast and efficient service. Being the manager of a 630 unit complex speed and professional service is the key to success with emergency calls. 5 stars is not enough for these guys. Amazing company and truly amazing staff.

Ground Zero just came out to help a resident whose apartment water was not heating up. Yes, he fixed the problem, but more so, such professional and kind service. He patiently explained to the resident the cause of the problem and defused any frustration that came up. Thank you!

Jose and Jesus did an excellent job replacing my AC. They cleaned up very well and were respectful the entire time. It was my pleasure to have them. They are install technicians. They refused to take tips. I highly recommend them.

Shane help us replace cartridge for our shower in master bathroom 😀. Shane had to cut the tile wall to allow pulling out the damaged cartridge . He replaced the overhead shower and the spout at the foot of the bath tub. diagnosed the guest bathroom shower . The 2 shower head assembly at a leak in the seam and cannot replace with a washer . The shower assembly will not allow it . I will go to Home Depot and skip the 2 shower head and purchase one assembly .
