Ground Zero is nothing short of AMAZING!
Oz (technician) came out to my property to give an estimate and was absolutely AMAZING and a beacon of INTEGRITY!
I called Ground Zero because of a previous camera scope performed by a potential buyer of my property and their plumber said
my pipes had all kinds of issues even though I personally had not experienced any drainage issues. I just assumed it was plausible being that the house
was 74 years old so I looked for and purposely called a 5 star reputable company (GROUND ZERO) to get a quote on replacing the “issued” pipes.
Well, after Oz performed a camera scope he said I had NO issues other than a little grease and lint and my pipes were the best he has seen for a house this old.
Oz and his company had ABSOLUTELY nothing to gain and EVERYTHING to lose by being HONEST!
I don’t think I’ve EVER experienced that level of integrity from a plumbing company before!
Hopefully Oz gets recognition within his company because THAT experience definitely won my loyalty! I will ALWAYS call Ground Zero first and make sure I refer ALL my friends and family as well!
They are a rock solid company! They deserve MORE than 5 stars for SURE!

Chris was great . Nice guy very friendly. Great at troubleshooting and finding the root cause. His accomplice ( trainee ) was great too. Would be happy to have him back .

Tony is always helpful and makes sure we are happy with the work completed. Response time is super-fast and communication is great.

I want to send a shout out Sergio and Joshua who provided the most above and beyond service that I've seen in a very long time.

The day began with me being notified but they were on their way provide ac service to my apartment.

They took the utmost care of all my belongings in the area where they were servicing.

They were kind, professional importantly respectful to my home. They provided information of how I can best manage my AC, and to reach out if I was ever in need.

One of the things that really impress me with how knowledgeable they were and to ensure that the job would be done effectively and efficiently. I was amazed at such great teamship to get the job done right.

I absolutely loved how they cleaned up the area before they left. I've never seen such pride and care for customer as they have shown me and my home.

I work for a apartment maintenance company and I have been using ground zero for months now from A/C to plumbing. The level of experience and professional services is one of the best I have come across in my field of work. There tech's are always nice And very helpful plus they will always go the extra mile to make sure things get done right at a great price. Chris provided a plumbing inspection on my home. He was very thorough and continually confided to me what he was doing.
I also asked him to install faucet securing nuts on the bottom side of our laundry tub which had deteriorated and broken off due to age. These were hard to access and required disconnecting the drain pipe at the wall in order move the cabinet. I also requested replacing the hot and cold shutoff valves as they were frozen due to age and corrosion.
In addition I requested a new outside water bib due the old leaking.
Chris completed all the above keeping me constantly informed. Very pleased with his work.

We had a major leak in our supply line from the meter to the house. Most companies wanted as much $12k. Ground Zero worked to make sure our problem could be solved in correct but affordable way. Chris was awesome in communicating with us and when one way didn’t work he assured us he would find a way and he did. They definitely have our business. Customer service is huge for me and they went above and beyond.

Great customer service! Scheduling was easy and my needs were completely accommodated. Shane was friendly and communicated very well.

Had to call after hours recently and dealt with the nicest Customer Service Person I’ve talked to at a company. Cheyenne was kind and comforting and had a Technician out to us FAST. It’s so hard to find a company in the industry with Good customer service anymore and I was impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend and ask for Cheyenne - she was great!

Chris Marsala was our tech that responded to our call. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had opened up the drywall where the pinhole leak was located. When Chris arrived he walked us through the fix and was able to help us get our water back in service. I would 100% recommend Chris and Ground Zero Plumbing for anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Had a great experience with Ground Zero! I work from home and realized the house started feeling hot in the middle of the day. Called Ground Zero and they had a guy to my house in less than two hours. He had parts in his truck to fix my AC and the house was cooled down again before my kids were even home from school. Bryan was a wonderful tech. He explained what was wrong with my AC in simple terms so I could understand. Truly, a stand-up guy!

Yesterday here at the Sonoran flats we had a big problem and had to call our trusted and reliable plumbing company for one and only ground zero plumbing! The plumber that they dispatched Vincent Varnett was a very professional and respectful hard worker the job was no easy task and had him there all night but he still had a positive attitude about it and to do a fantastic job thank you ground zero and thank you Vincent Varnett!

I’m not a client and this review is no related to a ny plumbing ,one of your plumbers/drivers cut me off on the 202 freeway 32 st exit around 5 pm,almost caused an accident I was driving with my wife who’s on dialysis.i will post this on my social media also

Henry and Hayden came by today and did a great job removing our old water heater and putting a new one in. They were professional, polite and friendly.
