When my AC broke down on a scorching summer day, they came to the rescue and fixed it in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my home stayed cool and comfortable.

Spoke with manager about cold call to 78 yr old alzeimer and dementia affected mother in law. Cold call for general checkup on a 2019 new install. Confused 78 yr old convinced she needed over $800 in repairs, remember this is a fairly new install. Grandma "Stenen" has no idea what happened. Shame on this company for doing nothing after speaking with manager. I was told manager would reach out to mother in law to get a sense if she understands what happened.

Elderly woman gets txt out of blue saying she has an appointment. Between 4 and 6 pm. Never contacted them, never heard of them before. Upset and in a Panic cause she does not want Predatory (And that's what you are!) business's showing up at her door. She had the wits to tell some one. How many people do you steal from with this method? Called you customer service line to say shame on you and all I got was a made up rehearsed excuse that is not possible in any way shape or form! Then after being cut off 7 times. I was called rude for saying no you hold on! It said you record the calls I hope you did :) Shame on you!

Chris came over for a water heater flush and inspection. He gave me useful information on the condition of the water heater and on water conditioning / filtration systems. He was really good with my dogs.

Dishonest. I fell for their first scam when they disconnected my water tank due to a “fire hazard” and told me I had to pay them $3k on the spot for a new one. But when they later quoted $9k to “fix” my 4-year-old AC unit, I got suspicious. Called another company and the total came to $175.
