Charlie with 1-800-Plumber fixed an issue that had gone unidentified by others in a matter of minutes. Oh and I walked away not feeling gouged! Very fair, honest and knowledgeable.

Charlie did a great job converting my heating system from oil to gas. We used a kit that I purchased directly from the manufacturer and even though they sent the wrong part, Charlie found a way to keep everything running until the correct part arrived. We could not have been happier with the overall service.

He then evaluated pics I sent of the suspicious bubbles on my walls, and determined I didn't have water damage. (This was confirmed today when my contractor cut into the damaged area.). I won't hesitate to call Charlie in the future. He was nice as can be, as was Darlene. She handles the office & scheduling, and is the sweetest person I've dealt with in years. I appreciate her going above & beyond to assist me through the process of solving the mystery problem.

First, I would like to say the employees I talked to in the office were excellent. I'm not too pleased with the plumbers. I got my plumbing fixed today; it took 45 minutes. They've been working on this project for almost 2 months. I really hated to leave but I just wanted the same service that I was told about thank you to the people that answer the phone. I hold no ill will thank you for the effort.

A very nice technician (also named Thomas) came in and did took a thorough look at the ice maker and the refrigerator overall. After ruling out other issues, we discussed options and chose to replace it. He returned the following week and quickly replaced it. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

We were very pleased with the recent service we received from Kanoe Newell at Thomas Home Services. He went the extra mile to resolve an issue with our dishwasher door that a previous serviceman had not addressed satisfactorily. Kanoe was professional, persistent, and had a great attitude. He patiently explained and showed me why the door mechanism was failing and found a workable solution. He is definitely an asset to Thomas Home Services!

We had a new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal installed. I want to be clear here. The technician, Ty, was amazing! He was down-to-earth, kind, & professional and very skilled. Our complaint is with the company itself. We were scheduled for an estimate and Ty was not able to make it within the window we were scheduled for. Then we scheduled for the work to be done which was all to be completed in one visit. That day, we were contacted and told that Ty was on his way. I left home (my husband stayed) with our dogs so that they would not disturb him while he worked. After 2 1/2 hours, Ty still did not show up. This is incompetence on the part of the dispatchers or whomever it is that contacts customers when the techs are 'en route'. Because of this scheduling mishap, our one-day job turned into 2 days. On the second day, we were again told Ty was on his way. Once again, this was an incorrect estimate. When Ty was finally able to get here, he completed the work and we were very pleased with the job he did until the garbage disposal began leaking beneath the sink. So glad they have a warranty service. To their credit, they did send a technician out that day (not Ty) who did a very good job for us; however, we probably would not recommend Thomas Home Services unless you don't care about your time being wasted and having to be held hostage in your house waiting on a technician.

Thomas Home Services are a top notch company, Riley, their AC technician is a fine young man and can always troubleshoot and fix any problem. They are all so friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
