Gary was very personable. He persisted until he found the problem with my microwave/oven. My only comment would be that the company needs to supply technicians with more parts on their vehicles. Delays were caused by having to order parts.

Although I had to Wait a significant amount of time for not only the part to come in before people in the office to let me know the part was actually in once it was scheduled and installed. It was quick and done in a timely manner. Totally recommend Armon!

Casey, was the technician who came out for my first service call. Thomas Home Services, should be very proud to have an employee like him. He was very thorough. Checked the furnace up in the attic, ran my furnace to burn off any residual by products from the manufacturer, and checked the outside central air conditioner. Went over the furnace filter recommendations, and even some future maintenance’s services, that Thomas H.S. offer. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you, Thomas Home Services.

I recently moved from Fountain Hills AZ to Buckeye AZ.
My refrigerator was also moved with my possessions, and when unloaded I plugged it in.
It worked for about an hour then quit.
The GFCI would get tripped and shut off power to the fridge. If reset it and it would either run for a number of hours, or would immediately trip and cut off power to the fridge again.
I called Thomas Plumbing and they had me scheduled for a two hour window appointment the very next day. They advised me that their technician Delphi would be my technician.
I was surprised to see that Delphi made it in the appointment window. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She did all the diagnostics on the fridge and explained that it would draw a lot of amps when starting the compressor. She also verified that when it was operating that all systems were good.
Delphi reviewed the owners manual for the fridge and confirmed that the manufacturer specified that the fridge should be on a dedicated power source, with no GFCI in the line because when starting up, and re starting the compressor to maintain the cooler temps inside the fridge the high amps could trick the GFCI into thinking there was a short causing it to trip and shut off power to the fridge until it was reset again.
It was an easy fix, simply remove the existing GFCI and replace it with a conventional outlet with ground. ( this outlet was on a dedicated circuit and no other wiring concerns were present ) If there were more than one outlets on this circuit then I would have called an electrician to complete the job.
Thomas is lucky to have a technician that truly knows her stuff, and took the extra mile to make sure she came up with the correct diagnosis and resolve for my concerns.
Since I had the outlet needed in my tool box, I was able to replace the GFCI with a conventional outlet in about 15 minutes.
And now the fridge has been performing as it should with no interruptions since the outlet was changed.

They installed our new Water Softener System and Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System, which we are extremely happy with and they were competitively priced. Great communication. They try hard to do same day service and dispatch is in constant contact. Pricing is fair and the loyalty and warranty are well worth it. I've used them for plumbing and appliances and always trusted the technician/specialist that was sent.

The service men were very professional and throughly cleaned out the A/C vents and serviced our unit. Showing us the before and after pictures helped us realize how important it was to have the service done. They did a great job.

Had 21 point inspection of our HVAc system performed by Thomas Hom Services. Technician Casey was very knowledgeable and explained to us each concern he had with our older unit thoroughly and at a level we could understand. At no point did we feel pressured into a decision, made to feel fear or panic about the sistuation, but clearly stated the concern and potential for failure in the near future for the system. This was very helpful to us in planning for the future for either further investing into our unit or replacing. He did offer us potential deals but nothing was forced onto us. He was willing to help us also figure out financing should we want to continue with any of the work. I am very pleased with the inspection and thoroughness of the technician which has given us the information we need to plan for the future.

I asked for a quote, the person who called, Aaron, started off great. Friendly and accommodating. After appointment time was settled he informed me of the fee to have a tech out to evaluate. He spoke so fast and had so much to say I could not get a word in until I cut him off rudely. He became very dismissive when I tried to explain why I was looking for a ball park cost to have my oven fixed versus just buying a new one. He was Just trying to get me off the phone and onto the next booking. He then called me back thinking I was the next person in the list. He was very hostile towards me even when I was trying to figure out a way to salvage the conversation. Dodged a bullet on this one! There is no way a company would allow someone like that on the front line if this is not the company culture.

The technician Joe was right on time. I was able to track his location when he headed towards one of our rental houses. It made it easy to plan on when I needed to arrive to meet him. He explained what needed to be done and gave me several options and prices. He even offered a home warranty plan through the company that I will look into once my current home warranty expires. I will use Thomas Home Services for my next repair.

I called and a technician came out that very day because my refrigerator was making a loud noise. They didn’t have the part in stock but came out within two days to replace the fan. They would’ve come out the next day, but I wasn’t available. Technician was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I called Thomas Home Service. From first talking to Ashley who was concerned enough to secure a technician for me within the hour of my call, to greeting Armon at my door, I felt I was in good hands. Armon was professional, and explained his findings in a way I understood. Did not want to cost me money that was unnecessary. I have found my Home Service Company. Honest, reliable and customer oriented.

Excellent in all aspects. The repair guy was very professional, and I felt safe with Armon in my home. He diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator sat down and discussed it me and explained and answered all my questions. Thomas Home services will be my go should I have any future need for any of my appliance repairs. And I will be asking for Armon. This service was exceptional. No longer will I use a Home Warranty for any of the services I need for my home repairs. Thank You, GREAT JOB!

All I can say is wooow !!!!!! In under an hour Chad had my mother in law s ac running again in 113 degree heat ..... super nice guy to deal with and talk to ......will definitely do business again with this company!!!!!!!

Ripped off a new widow to fix her hot water heater. Charged more than a new cost, for an anode Rod and pin hole copper tube leak. $275 for each and then another $275 for a hose bib replacement. Will be contacting the BBB and AZ AGs office v
