Gage came out & was very professional & efficient. We are so appreciative. I think we finally found a competent hvac & plumbing company that actually knows what they’re doing & doesn’t charge an exorbitant amount of money. They seem very fair on their pricing. We signed up for their monthly maintenance package which will be effective in keeping our home up to safety standards. Definitely recommend!! A+ Company! 😊

Daniel and his assistant Sebastian came to my home. They did a thorough analysis and evaluation of my pipe leak situation. They were able to troubleshoot and discover the issue. They solved the source of the issue and remedied it promptly. Both were polite gentlemen.

I unfortunately needed a plumber right away as my water stopped working. I called Shadrach plumbing as they were close by. The receptionist was very empathetic and was able to schedule my service on a short notice. Louis arrived and he was awesome. He checked several things and determined that my flow limiter was bad. He replaced it promptly and got me back to normal. He even gave me a discount for being a senior citizen. I definitely would use them again.

Recently had issues with plumbing at my Uncles home. Anthony arrived within minutes of expected time. He looked over the situation, inside & out, analyzed the problem & corrected it with efficiency; all while being friendly & courteous. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thanks Anthony

Shadrach and Anthony and other employees were fabulous. They went way above and beyond helping us when our two sump pumps went out and we had major problems.They worked day and night and over the weekend to help us get up and running. They didn’t charge us overtime or up prices because of weekend. They worked tirelessly with such nice attitudes and concerns for my family and even the dog.

Hot water tank went out on Friday morning leaving us cold and dry. Shadrach was able to juggle schedule to get us in first thing Saturday morning. Ryan arrived on time and after quoting for a 40 gallon tank found they were out of stock in warehouse, upgraded us to 50 gallon at no extra charge. There were other challenges to replacing the tank but Ryan managed it all with good spirit and a smile. Thanks for stepping in on a Saturday morning to get our hot water tank replaced. Appreciate the extra work Shadrach did to expedite us from Monday availability to Saturday morning.

Gage was amazing. We called when he was on his way, as advertised. He was professional and personable upon arrival, add provided videos for each inspection, as the AC unit is on the roof. Great follow up, and look forward to having them as our HVAC service provider.

Louis and Gabe both added greatly to our home. Gabe installed a new motor on AC unit, flushed the screen and carefully reviewed items they worked on. Louis replaced RO filters also discovered the garbage disposal control was partially broken. My wife and I were very impressed, they were good listeners, paid attention to details and explained why something was wrong in layman’s terms. Well done.

We have a really old solar hot water heater system in a home we purchased in February. No idea how it runs, or whether it is still safe. The guys were pleasant and professional and took their time to explain the system to us, and how to maintain, and options if it needs to be replaced (it’s working fine!). We will definitely call them back if and when it needs to be replaced. Definitely recommend!
