A great suggestion! I had dealt with low water pressure throughout the home and needed expert attention. Louis quickly replaced the pressure relief valve (PRV) and the problem was solved at every water source. I recommend this plumbing company for reasonable cost and availability. Thank you SHADRACH!

Shadrach Plumbing and Heating always does amazing work and is very knowledgeable. Daniel came out for a backed up kitchen sink drain and was able to camera scope it, rod it and get things flowing smoothly. They are always clean, considerate of the property and always get you taken care of with a smile on their face. I will always use them!

Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling's tech Louis was professional and thorough
in taking care of our garbage disposal issue. He explained exactly what caused the issue and completed the fix in an efficient time manner.

Just had my annual furnace tuneup. Caleb was very professional, courteous, respectful of property, explained what he was doing and provided several tips.
I have only had positive experiences with Shadrach, having used them now 3 times for maintenance.
My only negative feedback would be is that their SOS Club plan indicates “We handle the scheduling reminders too—so you never have to worry about missing a tune-up.”
They never called, I had to make the appointment.

We love Shadrach Plumbing! We have used them many times for a new water heating,R/O system, and regular maintenance. Caleb came out yesterday to maintain our heat pump and even offered to bring coffee! He was courteous and efficient and very professional! Also he never tried to up sale us on any new system. I will totally trust them when they do say it is time for our 25 year old unit to be replaced.

Highly recommend Shadrach for all your hvac needs. Special shoutout to Caleb, Gage and John! Caleb was the first to arrive and quickly found the problem with my hvac unit. He talked me through various options and offered a fantastic financial deal for a new unit. Before he left, he provided me with a written estimate and already scheduled install for new unit within 1 working business day. I trusted his word and experience which mattered the most to me. Kudos to Gage and John who were the installation team! They showed up early and worked straight thru until the install was done by early afternoon. They kept me updated on how everything was going and were very friendly and outgoing duo. I will be using Shadrach for not only hvac needs but also plumbing, should any problems arise.
I'm so glad that I read all the reviews for Shadrach as they really made it an easy decision for me to go with them. Additionally, I had numerous friends recommend them, which is what i will be doing going forward. This is a local company that truly cares about their clients. Can't beat that these days!!

Timely, courteous , patient took the time to explain various options to fix the leak under slab. Worked hard to try to complete a major task of replumbling via cathederal ceiling in one day. Ended up working until 8.30 pm with no breaks lunch or dinner. Had us temporarily running for the night and came back and completed the task .

The Shadrach team did an excellent job installing a mini split AC and heating system for our 3 car garage. The three man team showed up as promised early morning and worked through the day and early evening getting the unit installed. We live in an HOA controlled community that is very picky about outside work on homes and the appearance of said work from the street (curb appearance). The team did such a good job with electrical lines and “hiding” the condenser that we will have no problem from the HOA officials. After completing the install the team provided an orientation of the system to insure we used the products correctly and also did a great job cleaning up and even cleaned our previously installed AC/Heating condensers that came with the home. Strongly recommend Shadrach.

These guys are very thorough, great communication, very quick response time. They were able to find a workaround instead of requiring a very expensive/invasive condensate pan replacement/adjustment. Their honesty with options for the solution is foundational to my trust in their work. So far no issues with the work they did and will be my first call when I encounter another issue down the road.

This company is local and provided me with prompt and efficient service. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job removing a pipe clog. I left a message at 10pm and got a call at 8am the next morning telling me a technician was on his way. Before leaving, he made sure that all was in perfect working order. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon Tovar did a fantastic job helping us with our kitchen faucet repair. When the sprayer broke, he didn’t just swap it out — he took the time to work with us on finding a better replacement option and then installed it perfectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fair on price. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Brandon for any plumbing needs!

We had a water leak at our home in fountain Hills. We discovered that by our water bill jumping from $87.00 one month, Then the next month was $133.00 I didn’t think there was a problem. I just thought the water was needed for the irrigation and with it getting hotter in Fountain Hills it was possible to increase a little. But then the bill went to over $300.00 and that’s when I knew there was a water leak.
We are snowbirds from Canada and do have someone that checks our house very regularly almost daily. It was in such an area you would never have notice it, until we ask Rick to start looking for signs of a water leaking. Rick narrow down the area where he thought was leaking and shut the main water off to the house and called Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling.
It was a rough start at first with them having to reschedule twice.
But then when they sent out Daniel Jones to do the repairs they sure made up for it.
They arranged for a leak detection company to come out to find the leak in order to minimize the repair work on the stucco that might need to be done.
Grey Owl Leak Detection came out the next day and found the leak, it was quite fast.
All of this is being corresponded via text and phone calls and FaceTime between Fountain Hills and us here in Canada.
I authorized them to cut the hole in the stucco to verify their suspension and they were right on the money on finding the leak.
The next day Shadrach came back out to do the initial repair along with some other auto fill valves being replaced to minimize anymore issues.
Also, Daniel in his investigation he found that there was rocks in the main water line at the house and cleaned all that out for us as well.
Daniel was extremely great to work with explained everything and did the repairs and sending me all the pictures before the work and after the work was completed which were a great help. All of this work was being done outside in the extreme hot temperature on the east side of the house. Coming to do the work in the afternoon made it a little better being shaded by the house in the afternoon.
I highly recommend using Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling and ask for Daniel Jones he will be on my preferred plumbers calling list. I give them a five star rating excellent work and communication between all parties involved. Thank you Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling especially Daniel and his team.
